really enjoy the property. Everything was clean. It was beautiful and the family and kids loved this place. Highly recommend. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

The property is exactly as described. You can tell that this is a newer building. It is very clean and bright. The location is really nice. Easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores as you are on the western side of OB. Also, the Gulf Shores state park is virtually next door, so the crowds are very minimal. We were unsure of how we were going to like being so high up. However, it turned out to be great. The elevators are quick and it isn't nearly as noisy with kids and people at the pool playing music. We never needed the host outside of general check-in/check-out, but they did communicate well.

5-star stay

We loved our stay at Phoenix Gulf Towers 2702. From the beautiful, inviting decor, to the breathtaking views, everything was just amazing. 27 floors, and we never waited longer than two minutes for an elevator. The lazy River could use extra floats, so I would suggest bringing your own. All in all one of our favorite Phoenix locations.
