Incredible kitchen. The views from the kitchen windows into the sprawling backyard are stunning. Serene views are all around and trails are of walking distance. Restaurants and shops are also of walking distance. Great and peaceful neighborhood.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At checkout, all food and garbage must be removed and placed at the front of the property for garbage collection. Please leave the house clean. Failure to do so will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Checkout is by 10am. Please send a message to let me know you checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not bother neighbors or park in front of their homes. Private, quiet neighborhood. Residents keep to themselves.
No outside guests. Only guests in the reservation are allowed or pay 300.00 extra per additional guest
