This house is a spacious yet cozy hideaway nestled in the quaint historic village of Allegany, NY, just 1 1/2 miles from St. Bonaventure University, 14 miles from the Seneca Allegany Casino, 19 miles from Holiday Valley Resort, 20 miles from Allegany State Park, and only 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. A patio, balcony, and fenced in back yard provide plenty of private outdoor space. The interior boasts lots of natural woodwork, skylights, and a woodstove as a secondary heat source, giving it a warm holiday lodge feel. With lots of space and an open concept main floor, this house is perfect for families or large groups. While it may be tempting to completely disconnect and just enjoy this relaxing home and the beauty of the surrounding area, for those that need to stay connected, WiFi is included. For the eco-conscious traveler, many of the bed sheets are made of organic cotton and the pillows are hypoallergenic and also made with unbleached organic cotton and recycling is offered and encouraged.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off AC unit if using. Turn off the two upstairs thermostats.
Place all used towels in the laundry baskets by the washer and dryer
Please do not strip beds. Leave all bed linens in place for the owner to remove in a sanitary manner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be at least 2 yrs old (proof required), fixed (proof required) and housebroken. Do not allow on the furniture or leave unattended.
Remove shoes at entrances. Additional guests not on the reservation are not allowed. No noise outside after10pm. No early check-ins.
Stay to right of steel fence post line when parking in driveway. No overnight on-street parking Nov 1st-April 1st. Do not block sidewalk.
