Entire house. We have smart tvs the family room has a 58 inch tv with cable ,Netflix Roku all bedrooms have tv's with Netflix and Hulu. Location is perfect! 2 miles from St.Bonaventure.Rock City is close.Niagra Falls 1.5hr 30 mins. To Ellicottville You can walk everywhere. Tasta Pizza place across the street.Grocery store is 3 blocks away and the movies &Walmart only a mile.Great restaurants are also a stones throw away.We have a fire pit which is also a grill. Dont forget to watch the video on this house. Ask about monthly
discount . 15.00 per person per night over 5 quests. Dog fee 35.00 per dog per night.or 50. for 2 dogs
