Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, pots, pans and cooking utensils. This cottage has a large front porch for outdoor relaxation. We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy Bigfoot-themed cottage! Don’t let the size fool you—it was incredibly well laid out and comfortably fit our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The Bigfoot décor gave it so much personality and made our stay even more fun.We spent several evenings around the fire pit, made great use of the propane grill, and really appreciated how well everything was maintained. Although we didn’t bring our pets this time, we love that it’s pet-friendly and will definitely consider bringing them on a future trip. The communication was also wonderful, they also leave phone numbers and names incase you have questions/concerns! And you can take a cute little keepsake If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and unique place to stay, this cottage is a fantastic choice. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be back!

AMAZING!!! The property is truly amazing! The hosts were great and very responsive!! Our only regret was that we couldn’t spend much time there as we were in town for a family event! This was our second stay at the Big Foot Cabin and we loved it more than the first. They extended the fencing that gave our dogs more room to roam. The gazebo over the fire pit and the bar off the shed was also a nice touch. The cabin is spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Next time I’m looking for a place to stay anywhere near Harrison I will definitely be looking first to see if this place is available. Traveling with a dog is not always easy. Will and Shelley seem to cater to dog owners. But if you don’t have a dog you would never know that dogs have been there except for the dog dish in the home and the fetch toy in the fenced in yard. Oh yeah the doggy door worked out perfectly. Place was incredibly clean and stocked with all the essentials you may need. You can tell the owners work extremely hard to make sure your stay will be as satisfying as possible. We took a couple kayaks and had lake access to two lakes within 10 mins or less. We only had the two of us but this place could comfortably accommodate eight guests or more easily. I wasn’t sure about the Big Foot theme when I booked the place but I was pleasantly surprised about how much we enjoyed it. We spent a lot of time in the evening beside the wood supplied fire pit. It’s covered with a large lighted gazebo so you could be out there even if it’s raining. Everything was amazing even the neighbors we had a chance to talk to. I would highly recommend this place if you are going to need accommodation in the Harrison Michigan area.

This place is so cute! All of the Bigfoot details are so fun to look for throughout the rental. This place would be great for a family with pets too! There is a large fenced in back yard, would also be great for hosting a small family get together. Nice quiet neighborhood with lakes very close by. Overall we really enjoyed out 2 night stay, would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

My extended weekend with the dogs was just what we needed. The cabin has everything you could need, down to the bug spray The fenced in yard and doggy door was the BEST!!! The only downsides were that the cabin had a strong odor of dog and the beds did not work for my comfort needs. I mean I can't complain too much because not many will open their home to a dog. Thanks again for being so thoughtful when it comes to what you provide. Overall it was a GREAT stay.

This place is just adorable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals with. The backyard is perfect if you are bringing a dog. Its complete with a doggy door. There are plenty of places to sleep for your whole family. The bathroom was cute and i loved the details of the home the owners put into it. I could tell the home was decorated with their heart and passion. There are also plenty of shops in town to visit. The artsy fartsy boutique was my favorite. We really had a great time here. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Our stay at the Sasquatch Cottage was excellent. The décor was creative and full of character, with fun Sasquatch touches throughout. My daughter especially enjoyed the swing out front, and the fire pit—with plenty of wood provided—made for relaxing evenings. The location was ideal, close to the Leota trails and with easy access to the lake. A stylish, cozy retreat that made for a memorable getaway.
