New Unit (2024) in the Village of Dabney, this 3 bed/2 bath rental is the perfect place for people wanting to engage in remote work or enjoy their retirement.

Please note, furnishings in photos are of a sister-unit with the same layout and furniture. Furniture will be installed prior to your stay and will be substantially similar to furniture pictured in this listing.

Convenient access to the Villages, Leesburg, Turnpike, Orlando and more via Highway 470. Just south of the NEW Villages entertainment district, Sawgrass Grove. Nearest Championship Golf Course is Southern Oaks.

Includes use of a Golf Cart for people over the age of 18, with a valid driver's license.

High-speed internet and cable TV.

Dog-Friendly - Enclosed spacious back yard.

Room & Board furnishings throughout.

House was beautiful and immaculate. Nice screened in patio with fenced in back yard. It was very private and our dogs loved it. House is very close to the turnpike entrace/exit.

Everything we could have asked for!

We had such a lovely extended stay at this home. Kay and Emily were always so thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. This beautifully furnished home is in a convenient location and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We loved the privacy the backyard provided, and the golf cart was such a wonderful bonus! We hope to be able to stay here again in the near future and would 100% recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

Clean, Contemporary and Quiet Location

My husband and I found this gem in The Villages to be pristine, quiet and relaxing. It has all the amenities of home and the extra experiences that are part of The Villages. We took advantage of nearby golfing, using the golf cart to get there, the close entertainment and restaurants at Sawgrass and the pools. (McGrady’s at Sawgrass is the best restaurant we have eaten at in the Villages.) The host was kind and gracious, sending welcome information before our arrival, checking to make sure we found our way, and leaving a welcome gift in the refrigerator. 😊 We did receive support in getting to the location. (For some reason, the address doesn’t come up in Apple Maps, but Google Maps it does.) Also, we wanted to go golfing and we were assisted in that. (Southern Oaks was close and wonderful to golf.) We will definitely stay here again when we come to Florida.
