Boardwalk 1084 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 10th floor. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance of several area shops and dining. Sea N Suds is also located in front of the complex.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room.

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The dining area seats four, and there are two additional bar stools.

• There is a washer and dryer inside the unit

• The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and an electric fireplace (with or without heat).

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• There is a maximum of two cars allowed. This complex has parking across the street, and one or both cars may have to be parked on that side of the street, depending on availability.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

40th Anniversary

Condo pictures were accurate in listing! Very cute place for two! Great location very close to the beach…with an excellent restaurant nearby! Elevator was very quick w/no wait time! We would definitely stay at the Boardwalk again! We enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Boardwalk in Gulfshores!

Beautiful

Very clean, gorgeous view, had absolutely no issues. The AC was nice and cold even with the heat outside. We didn’t want to leave! I was unsure of what needed to be done with the bedding or dirty towels so I put the bedding in the washer and piled towels up in the bathroom.

Cozy with a great view

We had a great time at our Condo on Boardwalk. The condo was nice with a great view of the beach/ocean. It felt cozy, like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the free adventures that came with the condo (and the free DVD rentals).

Comfortable Room

Our stay was from Monday till Thursday---we were given all of the info we needed to do an easy checkin . Got to the room and it was cleaned and ready for us with everything being in it's place. Beds were comfortable and slept well each night. We didn't take much time for the TV but did enjoy a Sunset Dolphin boat ride and a deep sea fishing trip. Would stay there again if in Gulf Shores.

Pros: easily accessible property No parking issues(free)Luggage carts avaliable A/C worked great Deck view of the gulf was greatWalls thick enough to drown out noises. Kitchen appliances worked Full sized frig w Ice maker was adequate TV's in both rooms worked great w app options available Towels (4), face towels (4) were adequate although we brought our ownBed was comfortable (although pillows not so much)Safety & security of outter door was a lil squirrely * make sure you pull it fully closed as it will not latch on its own.Ceiling fans were adequate. Cons:Tub drain sucks. As you shower the water builds up in the tube. Water pressure not very good so it takes longer to shower and rinse outb your hair. Last night the toilet started ti constantly run and took forever to fill.Perhaps add loungers to the deck instead of hard wooden uprights Overall our stay was really nice.Just those few hiccups created an annoyance that was livable.I did notice the 2 elevators smelled terribly and are never cleaned. It gives a negative energy to the building. Would I choose this property again....probably not however it was a good stay

Beach trip

All was great except for the first night. We had no linens for the couch bed so my wife and I along with our 9 year old son had to all sleep in the bedroom bed. Other than one night of no sleep, it was a great trip. I would give 5 stars if not for the missing linens.

Returning guests

This is our second summer in a row returning to Boardwalk 1084. Last year our only complaint was the outdoor furniture so this year we came prepared with our own chairs. But this year our major complaint is the bed! It was awful this year. It’s a metal frame that creeks so bad when one of us moved, the other was woken up. We did not get a good night sleep the entire week we were there. The bed needs replaced! When we arrived none of our initial supplies were in the condo. Luckily we brought supplies with otherwise we would have had no TP when we First got there. It was corrected the following morning but I Ped of advice, check for TP before sitting down ;) Overall the condo is still lovely but we aren’t willing to pay this rate for a place with that uncomfortable of a bed in the future.

The condo is great. The view of the gulf is amazing as well as the location. Walking distance to main intersection where the hangout, Alvin’s island and surf style are located. Great stay
