The first bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 queen bed, the second bedroom two sets of bunkbeds each with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top and the third bedroom has a queen bed. This home is pet friendly and has a fenced yard along with a doggie door. Enjoy the ocean and bay views from the new widow's walk on top of the house. It is about a half mile to the beach and offers wonderful ocean breezes from the back patio. This is the perfect home to bring the whole family!

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
