Stayed here for about a month while I waited for my new home to be finished. Konti was a great host, hands-off, but still made sure I had everything I needed. Place was just as described, clean, safe neighborhood, easy parking etc. definitely would stay again.

Amazing

This property was absolutely beyond standards. The communication between myself and the property manager was immaculate. We ended up staying an extra week due to a family emergency and they were so helpful! We will definitely be staying here again.

Clean comfortable quiet stay

The unit was very clean, comfortable on an unseasonably warm weekend, and in a great spot making it easy to get to major roads without being right off of them. Great kitchen, good water pressure in shower, etc. The unit is upstairs with it's own exterior staircase so no difficulties there.

Nice place in Riverside area

Key code lock was dead, had to call/text and get access to a key. Some very loud motorcycle(s) in the area but otherwise not too noisy.
