Great weekend retreat for graduation weekend. Easy 20 min drive to campus. Very clean and nice. Enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the river.

Spacious, clean. Had ladybugs inside but can expect that with the location of the house. Owner responded quickly. Enjoyed our stay!

Sorry about the Japanese Beetles. They are seasonal with all the homes along the river. I do have an exterminator that sprays specifically for them. Hopefully, you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

This home/location is absolutely beautiful! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from UA and it was perfect… The home is stunning inside, and the views are even more beautiful. The host was gracious and very communicative. Thank you again and Roll Tide!

Awesome river house!

Stayed here with some friends when we came to town for a football game and couldn't have have a better time! This house is out in the middle of nowhere but only 15 minutes from town. Very peaceful and cozy. Lorrie the owner was very communicative and was very helpful from the moment we booked it. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very quiet and relaxing! Great view of the Black Warrior River! Lorri was extremely friendly and helpful! She shared local information and even a great tip on directions to save time getting to University of Alabama stadium on game day!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at the weekend retreat for a wedding at a Tuscaloosa church and Fosters reception venue. The location to both was perfect. Just out of the busyness of t-town but a quick drive back and forth. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very kind and responsive. I would stay again.Wonderful weekend!

Great Experience

The house was better than the pictures show. Pictures are good but this is a nice place. Lori was a wonderful host and really made sure we had a great trip. We were there for the Bama game and this location was about 20 min from the stadium but that was actually nice so you could get out of the congestion if you wanted to so perfect location. If we ever get the chance to go back for another game, I will be staying at this location if its available.

Game Weekend

Tuscaloosa during game weekends are very hard to come by and ultimately my husband and I are more city people but we could see the appeal to being able to wakeup and see the river in our backyard and the dears and their babies not to mention we were just 20min for University of Alabama, RTR 💁‍♀️ We would stay again
