The house was beautiful, every gadget imaginable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great place for daily walks in the sunshine. Lily was very prompt responding to any questions we had. We have already signed up for another stay at this house. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home right on the canal. Had everything we needed. Pool was heated when we arrived so literally we were swimming within the first hour. Fireplace was great on the cool nights. Even saw manatees swim by off the pier. Thank you!

Wonderful rental in Cape Coral

An absolutely wonderful property, in a peaceful, serene setting. The house is relatively new and super clean, and the inside opens up to a spacious patio area overlooking a great pool. An outdoor firepit adds a nice touch to sitting poolside at night, with a beautiful open view down the canal that the home sits on. Kudos to the owner!

We stayed here for the month of January and overall had a great experience. Communication with the host was very smooth, and response times were consistently quick.The house itself is attractive—new, clean, and built with tall ceilings that make it feel open and comfortable. We liked the large L‑shaped patio door, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoor space. The pool area was nice, though the water was on the cool side during January. The firepit was a pleasant extra touch for evenings outside.We used the grill a few times, and it was convenient having access to the garage for parking.All in all, it was a great stay with helpful hosts and a comfortable home.

Wonderful Cape Coral home

This home was one of the nicest homes we stayed in at Cape Coral. The home was well stocked with dishes, glasses and home away from home items. They included plenty bath and beach towels, pools accessories and pool was heated to 85 degrees. It was always in the sun and we used it everyday during our 3 week February stay. The owner was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we may have. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. It was also close grocery stores and restaurants.
