"AT THE RIVERS EDGE" Spacious 4+bedroom home in beautiful SE Cape Coral

I am excited to present this exquisite 4 +-bedroom, 4-bathroom waterfront home, perfectly situated minutes from the river. This property boasts direct Gulf access, making it a boater’s paradise with a heated saltwater pool for your enjoyment. There is a dock and lift, if available.

This home features a blackstone grill for your BBQ experience. We also have added enjoyment with an outside cabana to sit with your refreshing drink and watch the dolphins playing in the canal. You can be doing all of this while watching the boat traffic in the canals. Located just minutes from the river, this home offers not only luxury but also the feeling of a resort vacation. Don't forget about the new Boathouse restaurant and Marina that will be a short walk from this home (due to be open 2026). This will be a short boat ride for a great lunch or fill up the boat. In addition to the Yacht Club is the new Slip Away Marina and restaurant with entertainment, this one is walking distance from the home or jump in your boat and be there is 10 minutes.

The kitchen offers all amenities as well as a blender for your frozen cocktails, bath towels, beach towels, an outside grill, lounge chairs by the pool. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Umbrella, wagon and coolers for the beach..If we are missing something please let us know and we will do our best to make sure we get it for you!

We can sleep extra people for an additional fee...

If you need to rent a car this is also available. There is a car on site in the garage for rent through the owners rental company.The garage is not available for parking but there is plenty of space in the double driveway for you vehicles.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property had plenty of space for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the pool. The blackstone grill was great for cooking breakfast and other meals. Location was great. Had some trouble checking in otherwise had a great week.

Everything was great! The house was big enough for 6 people and can hold even more. Everything was very clean and Cindy was very accommodating. The pickleball court next door is not available for guests, so we were bummed about that. Everything needed for the beach that we needed was supplied...towels, chairs, umbrella, cart, and coolers.

We just got back from a beautiful week of boating. This house was perfect for 2 couples since it had two master suites. But it would also work great for 2 families. The outside covered area was well used and the pool heater worked great even though it was chilly outside. It was only 5-10mins to get out of the idle zone so that was a big plus. It was nice to get gas on the way out. We just pulled up to the slip away and fueled up and every time you get gas you get a free bag of ice. That was very convenient. Communication was very good!
