Condomínio com estrutura excelente

Nossa viajem foi ótima, apesar das condições climáticas, mas conseguimos aproveitar muito bem os últimos dois dias. O condomínio conta com uma estrutura ótima, só acho que poderiam flexibilizar o funcionamento das saunas e piscina aquecida. O apartamento é muito bem cuidado com tudo funcionando, além de já ter no local muitos utensílios que nos ajuda no dia a dia. RECOMENDO.

Estrutura nota 10. Muito limpo, organizado e novinho. Além da localização... É muito perto da praia.

A equipe é muito eficiente e atenciosa. Segurança no local foi muito tranquilo. Até o gelo o condomínio tinha para vender. Saímos a pé para a praia, pois é muito pertinho. A locação foi muito tranquila. O proprietário é muito gente boa. Tudo com contrato, super correto. Só saíamos de carro para ir para outras praias ou para a cidade. Recomendo!!!!

Apartamento extremamente arrumado, limpo e muito próximo da praia! Todos que estavam na viagem puderam usar a piscina, piscina aquecida, playground, sala de jogos e pudemos chegar fora do horário descrito no anuncio sem problema algum! O proprietário sempre muito atencioso, respondeu prontamente todas as dúvidas e me deu muita confiança. Com certeza irei alugar mais vezes! Recomendo.

Pretendo voltar pela terçeira vez

Foi a segunda vez que aluguei o apartamento do Sr. Wagner. Pretendo voltar e recomendo para quem está na dúvida e procura uma ótima acomodação. Como da outra vez, estava bem limpo e organizado. Na primeira vez fui com a familia e todos gostaram muito, nessa segunda fui com alguns amigos e não foi diferente, todos gostaram também! O apartamento possui todos os utensilios, ótima churrasqueira na varanda, piscina fria e quente, sauna! Aproveitamos tudo, até mesmo a criança de 8 meses que levamos conosco pode aproveitar a piscina quente junto com a mãe hehe Não conheçemos o Sr. Wagner pessoalmente, toda a tratativa é feita pelo whats e pelo site do Alugue Temporada. Todas as vezes que enviei msg o Sr. Wagner me respondeu de imediato. A praia perto do AP é bacana, tem bastante comércio. Fomos visitar a Ilha das Couves, fica uns 45 KM sentido RJ. Pretendo voltar com a familia novamente, já que na primeira vez eles não foram visitar a Ilha da Couves.

Imóvel muito bom e excelente condomínio além da ótima localização. Único comentário é o wi-fi do prédio que precisa ser melhorado. Como o sinal de quase todas as operadoras é ruim naquela área, a internet passa a ser ainda mais importante.

Não temos nada que desabone, ao contrario, tudo bem limpo, apto estruturado,garagem com segurança, afastado do movimento, mesmo sendo na praia grande, piscina, sauna e salão de jogos,e churrasqueira em cada apto. ar condicionado e melhor venda de gelo no proprio predio agilizando as idas e vindas a praia, recomendamos.
