Palmetto Dunes Dream Escape, King Beds and Luxury Amenities

Palmetto Dunes Plantation boost 7 miles of sandy white shoreline of the Atlantic ocean; the St. Andrews lagoon/golf view pool complex with expansive decking and grills; Shelter Cove Marina host shopping, dining and live entertainment and all types of boating excursions; the Palmetto Dunes Pickleball and Tennis Complex and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Beach parking is available by car at the Dunes House. Take the free Seasonal Dunes Buggy to any of the these locations directly from the villa.

This bright, airy villa offers a sunken Living Room with an oversized sofa (converts to a King Sleeper) with leather recliners to enjoy the 70' Smart/Cable TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances , granite countertops and a kitchen bar that seats four. Dining room table seats 6 or dine Al fresco on the private patio table for four. The fully stocked kitchen allows for elaborate meal preparation with all the comforts of home! Gas grills available by the pool. The tropical grounds of St Andrews Common boast easy access to the pool just across from the villa, 2 bikes for your convenience within a quiet neighborhood with southern charm.

Completing this single-level , first floor villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, 55" Smart TV, and ensuite primary bathroom with a separate vanity from the water closet with a shower/tub combination and restroom.

Two high and two low beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach cart are provided for your beach convenience. Umbrellas can be rented from the beach life guards.

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort and will pick you up in the parking lot. Guests may drive 1.1 miles and park at the Dunes House where shoreside bathrooms/showers are available.

Great place to stay!

This property was a great place to stay. It had all the amenities: swimming pool, Pickleball courts, a shuttle provided to and from the beach along with any of your shopping needs. It was amazing. The people were friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful condo in great location!

This condo was simply beautiful with all the amenities that we needed to make our stay very comfortable! Wonderful kitchen, laundry room, and the bedroom and living area were great. We enjoyed going to the beach for walks, renting & riding a tandem bike, and walking along the many paths available. Meredith, our host, was fabulous and took care of our every need.

Fabulous condo in Palmetto Dunes!

My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at St. Andrews Common in Palmetto Dunes. We were greeted inside the condo with lights on, music playing, and sweet scents. It was so welcoming. The condo was exceptionally clean and there was an abundant amount of supplies available. The location being mid island was perfect and the beach was easily accessible. I highly recommend this condo. It will not disappoint! 5 stars!

Hidden paradise 😎

Our stay from March 4-25 2024 was absolutely perfect! The condo was well stocked with cleaning supplies and ice! All the appliances were clean and in great order. We loved the convenience of the location. The bed was super comfortable. The little patio was nice for coffee in the morning. The pool was at our back door. The neighbors were very friendly and nice. I loved seeing their dogs! Meredith, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to any questions or slight problems we may have encountered. Great place!

One Bedroom Gem Perfect for Couple

Nicely appointed property. It was nice to be in a neighborhood closer to the Palmetto Dunes exit and the main road. Shelter Cove was a short bike ride to anything we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well appointed with everything you needed. The two beach chairs for guests were very high-quality. Only complaint is the shower drain was clogged, so there was usually ankle deep water after every shower. We could’ve called the property manager, but it wasn’t that big of an We could’ve called the property manager, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Also, the welcome instructions lists the incorrect code for the pool gate (it contained last year’s code). Otherwise, it’s a great property in a beautiful neighborhood. We would stay there again.
