This was my second stay at this wonderful house. The hosts Guy and Mary provided everything my family and I needed during our stay. The inside of the house is decorated for comfort and relaxation. The outside with the pool and hot tub is nothing less than paradise.Anytime I visit Phoenix, this is my home away from home.

We loved our time in Peoria! Great location and the kids loved the pool. We had 2 families and there are plenty of beds and the backyard was perfect.

Everything about this property was great! We had 11 adults and 2 small kids and had more than enough room. The backyard was great! House was fully stocked and Mary was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lake Pleasant!

Our stay here was amazing. Mary was incredible to work with. The house had everything we could have possibly needed! We had a minor hiccup with the house and Mary had someone at the house almost immediately. The backyard was a dream to hang out in. The house had so many sleeping options for our group. The location was super close to everything. Truly probably the best house (and owner) we have ever rented!!

This was a perfect home for a large group. Our group of 10 was very comfortable and not overcrowded at all. Plenty of parking, too. This home had lots of towels for the pool and for showering. The pool was nice and large and the hot tub was a bonus on a cool evening! There were even pool toys and floaties. I would also add that the home had everything you could possibly imagine for food prep, even a good selection of spices. We picked some grapefruit and used the juicer for a special treat. Thanks Mary for sharing your home with our family.

The house is clean, tastefully decorated and felt like living in a resort with the beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pits, and landscaping. The host was also very accomodating and communicated quickly.

Beautiful and peaceful and so much room! We loved our time here. Host was immediately responsive to questions. Kitchen had everything you could want or need. Beds were comfortable. Having two beds in each room was perfect for our kids and their friends as everyone had their own bed. We skipped a few planned activities because it was too hard to leave the backyard. Perfect!
