Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Put all the dirty towels on the bathroom floor and leave the beds unstripped; don't remove any bedding.

All garbage must be collected and sealed in a 13-gallon household trash bag before being placed in the outdoor trash bin by the front door. Do not put any loose trash directly into the outside bin.

* Clean up the gas grill after grilling. * Turn off electronic devices. * Turn off lights. * Lock all windows, the back doors and front door when leaving.

Great Home! Large House and large Rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. (we had 13 family members),Great location for us to spend a day at Disney, Universal and Epcot. The Pool was the best. (we are glad we paid to be heated because we used it every day!) The owner was always available for our questions.

It’s a beautiful home with plenty of space, seating and overall pretty clean. The floors weren’t very clean though. within a few hours of entry my socks were pretty dark on the bottom. A few things to keep in mind. The water doesn’t stay hot long and the trash cans are small. If you have large cars it can be a tight squeeze. We had 3 suvs and a sprinter. We fit but barely. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend
