The Space:
Level up and come enjoy this EPIC vacation rental in Orlando, Florida , you have found an amazing and luxurious vacation rental with plenty of room for everyone. The entire home is newly professionally decorated, fully furnished and theme rooms throughout!!! If you have a favorite Disney or Universal theme there is likely a room for you! The this luxury home features 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms enough room for 16 guest to relax and unwind.

Everyone can pick out their bedroom and relax and watch whatever they want to since each bedroom has its own TV! Kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy the Super Mario Bros themed game room, featuring foosball, basket ball, skee-ball. There is also an amazing state of the art theater room. You'll also find convenient amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi.

There is a beautiful private pool with spa, a fully equipped kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. This comfortable vacation home located at Bella Vida Resort is 8 miles away from Disney World and 14 miles away from Universal Studios, outlets, restaurants, and Walmart which offers its guests comfort and luxury. The community offers a beautiful swimming pool, half basketball court, beach volleyball, playground, game room, fitness center approximately .25 mile away! Time to book a home your whole family can enjoy!! Pool heat can be added for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your vacation!

We look forward to having you stay with us! We do offer early check in and late check out for a $50 fee for each subject to availability! We also offer grill rentals. Just reach out and we can look to add. Look forward to hosting you on your EPIC vacation.

This house is amazing! We had 9 of us from ages 3-40 and there was something for everyone. I would stay here again for sure! Super clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing and located close to so many things.

The home was very spacious and clean. Our family really enjoyed the pool. We appreciate the owners working with us at the last minute to heat the pool. The theater area was a hit and totally amazing. We would definitely recommend this vacation home for both small and large families.

Host was very nice and quick to respond. I paid extra for the pool to be heated, but it was cold the entire first day were were there. It started to heat overnight and was warm the next day. I asked for a one day refund for it, but did not receive it. The floors were so dirty the kids barefeet turned almost black! There weren't enough pool towels, 4 is not enough when there was 12 of us. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was slightly lacking, but overall worked well. One of the dining room chairs broke when one of us sat on it. Other issues: Coffee pot only made like 2 cups at a time, the sink in bedroom #1 was clogged and the shower door didn't shut so water puddled on the floor. We did have a great time and loved being all together in such a big house. The minor problems did not ruin our great time in Orlando.

The house was very beautiful and just as advertised in the pictures. Steve, the host, was extremely responsive. There was a chair with a broken leg that I notified the host about right away and it was taken care of the next day. We also had a little trouble figuring out how to get the heat for the hottub to work, but Steve immediately responded in letting us know what to do and he regularly checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. This house is in a really good location. You're only about 30 minutes away from anything Disney and Universal related and about 40 minutes from the Orlando airport. This house is also located within a gated community that does have a community pool house and gym, in case you wanted to get a workout in during your vacation.

House was amazing, came for a football tournament and the house was great for the team. Only downfall is the parking issue , if you are even an inch on the sidewalk in the driveway you will be towed. The host was very upfront with all instructions so that was on me. There is extra parking though at the clubhouse. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
