Get ready to relax and meet your new happy place in this beautifully decorated townhouse. This 3 BR/2.5 bathroom house accommodates 4 adults, 4 children, and your pet. We are in the quiet south end section of Brigantine. Close to the drive on beach (w permit provided by city of Brigantine), supermarket, farmers market (in season), restaurants, ice cream shops, local shops, gyms, parks, golf, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Historic Gardner's Basin and Atlantic City casinos!

First floor: Powder room, kitchen, dining room and living room with access to rear deck and backyard.

Second floor: Bedroom 1 with king size bed; bedroom 2 with king size bed, private bathroom and private access to top deck; and bedroom 3 with a twin size bed and a bunk bed (twin over full). Washer/dryer, and a second bathroom.

Outdoors: Enclosed yard, outdoor shower on side entrance, hammock, guest shed with beach equipment, bbq grill with propane, seating, and dining area.

You will access the home with a keyless smart lock. Must be 25+ to rent. To make your stay memorable, we provide:

Why they chose this property

Brigantine is a small island (about 5 miles) and it offers a small town feel. Streets are filled with bikers, surfers, sun bathers, fishers, joggers, and dog walkers. The house is located in the south end area. It is a very quiet area, yet close to many eateries and attractions. The beach areas are also different. In the south end, there are dunes to cross to get to the beach. The beach is wide, peaceful, and lifeguarded (during season). We provide a beach cart to help you with your beach essentials. Atlantic City is only a few miles away for nightlife, casinos and live entertainment.

What makes this property unique

Our area is peaceful. The house is very comfortable and has many amenities to make you feel at home. You will like you are on vacation the second you walk through the door. Our house has two floors - living quarters are on the first floor and bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a large couch and large screen smart TV for the entire family to watch movies and make memories. The yard is enclosed for your pet and kids to enjoy.
