Welcome to Royal Sand Beach House! Relax on the stunning shores of Frederiksted, St. Croix. This beachfront home boasts breathtaking ocean views and sunsets. Step outside and feel the sand between your toes as you take a dip in the crystal clear water just a few steps away.

Note to travelers with children: This home hosts children age 8 and older.

The following beach items are provided for guests:
snorkel gear (masks, fins, breathing tubes), beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket, beach umbrellas, a Neso tent, and a cooler.
This home is equipped with an auto on generator for electricity outages.

A rental car is recommended.
Lyft and Uber services are not available on St. Croix. A new and similar service called "VI Hail" is available on St. Croix.
Taxi services are not easily accessible without a reservation.

Great place to stay. Property is very well managed, communication and service was excellent. We’ve stayed in this house three times now. We prefer the west side of the island and this house is a big reason why. Love having a door that opens directly onto the beach. Great snorkeling on the west side of the island and Fredericksted is more our speed than Christiansted. We will be back, most likely sooner rather than later.

This beachfront home couldn’t be more perfect! The beach was pristine—we loved snorkeling just steps from the ‘back door’. The home is so clean, comfortable, & inviting. Sharifa provided all we needed. House rules/expectations were clearly stated—nothing out of the ordinary & not a heavy load on the morning of checkout. We loved the proximity (walking distance) to Rhythms Beach Bar & Grill & to the Prosperity Distillery. Prosperity is a fine establishment w/ exceptional hospitality. They invited us to hunt for chaney on the lovely property—we found many treasures. We ate out but also shopped at local markets to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Reine’s Chicken Shack was well worth the drive—perfect meal after a few hours wandering the Botanical Gardens (great gift shop there). Frederiksted comes alive on cruise ship days so save your shopping if you want more shops to be open. So glad we spent the majority of our time on SX at this property b/c it made this trip so magical. We had snorkled the reef near Buck Island so we didn’t expect to see much on this beach…but we actually met 2 lobsters AND an octopus! They were hiding so our careful & patient observance paid off. Lots of beautiful fish too—all these creatures living within just yards of the beach! Lastly, wear pants/sleeves & bug spray if you’re spending much time on the beach at night. Thankfully the screened-in porch allows for dreamy (& relatively bug-free) oceanside evenings & mornings!

Best 2 Weeks in a Loooooong Time..!!

This place is a 5 Star all around property..!! The check in smooth the host Amazing and the views are Breathtaking..‼️ If you get a chance to stay BOOK IT NOW..‼️ Close to great eats and treats and always the sound of the Ocean to put you to sleep. We can’t wait to be back..‼️‼️❤️

Home away from home

Hard to locate in the dark, but when you start driving around, it’s easy. Driving on the left side was interesting but doable.The house was roomy for the four of us. Well equipped kitchen. Back screened porch was our haven for the week. The weather beach was fun too. Water was great.

Awesome Property

Could not have asked for a better host and house! This property was one of the best places we have experienced. This host thought of everything. There was a full coffee bar, all the beach equipment a person could want, and cold drinks in the fridge. There was no need to bring anything except a swimsuit for A most enjoyable beach vacation. We will definitely book this house again!! Thank you Sharifa for all you do!!

Amazing House and Beach

This VRBO had the best attention to detail for guests I have ever experienced and I have been to a lot and many at a much higher price point than this house. The owners of this house thought of everything. A beautiful yard with gorgeous landscaping as well as chairs, tables, BBQ. Then the beach was private and beautiful. The house was equipped with everything I needed for the beach, beach chairs, tables, umbrellas and a range of swimming toys and equipment. Make sure to snorkel right off the beach here! We saw turtles, pufferfish, sting rays, parrot fish, crabs... the list goes on, all right off this beach! Inside the house there are separate air conditioners for each bedroom, perfect, and ceiling fans in every room, even one in kitchen and one in living room! (which is an open floor plan). porch is completely screened in so you can sit out there and hear those waves crashing with NO BUGS!Plenty of towels, hotel like dispensers in showers, water tasted fine and I drank it the first day before someone in town told me they were recommending not drinking the water but I was fine. Also it is a cistern and filtered not the island water company. The mattresses were even great! We went at christmas time and the owners put up a beautiful christmas tree for us with island theme ornaments! and lights on the house! so cute I asked my teenage son, who complains about everything, what could have been better on the house and he could not think of one thing! Amazing!
