Our beach home extends a warm welcome to your furry companions, as it is pet-friendly. (Max 2, fee per pet)

This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. You may not exceed the maximum number of guests this unit sleeps (10). No unreasonably loud music or parties. Quiet time is after 10

The location of the property was great and the manager was very responsive to our communication about issues. He helped get us a new blender and towels and offered options for our stay. The house needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. The front door does not shut tight and it is very hard to open the latch. The insides of the cabinets and refrigerator were dirty as well as a thick layer of dust on some of the fans- you turn them on and dust flew off of one. The floors were sandy when we arrived and there was no broom provided. Some of the towels were stained and most needed replacing. There was no place to put food; no pantry available. The kitchen drawers and cabinets, with the exception of where the glasses and dishes were, had things haphazardly thrown in them with no semblance of order making it hard to find things. Some of the kitchen bowls and pans needed washing before use. There were no hairdryers in the house; this is standard in every rental home where we have stayed before. There was also no soap in 2 of the bathrooms. One bedroom had no closet or chest of drawers to use. The description stated that the third level was a great place to have morning coffee yet there is no furniture up there- we could stand and have coffee. The house has a good layout and a great location but it seems to be in need of much TLC. We have stayed in over 25 rental homes and this one was definitely not maintained as well as others.
