This lovely three-bedroom, one-bath cottage is a peaceful retreat on the west shore of South Lake Leelanau, offering truly breathtaking sunrise views that will brighten your mornings.

The home comfortably welcomes up to 8 guests, with cozy queen-size beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed on the charming porch overlooking the water, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The inviting sunroom, complete with air conditioning, offers stunning lake views and ample space to enjoy meals or play games.

Step outside into a spacious, grassy yard that leads right to the water. Make the most of your lake days with the paddle boat or canoe provided, and float out to the sandbar for excellent swimming adventures. The living room features a window A/C unit to keep you comfortable during warm days. A dock and mooring are available, suitable for boats up to 25 ft.
