This stunning 3 bedroom + loft vacation rental at The Corral is located on the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9 for easy ski and lift access, and is a quick walk downtown for shopping and dining. This condo includes a custom tile-designed primary bathroom with two sinks, mountain cabin motif, and a wooden bar counter top in the kitchen to bring in the cozy mountain feel. In the summer, grill on the balcony while taking in beautiful views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, or in the winter, cozy up by the modern brick fireplace in the living area.
All guests can enjoy the very large outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area. Plus, for your convenience, we have staff onsite to quickly provide any needs you might have during your stay.

It was lovely! Everyone had enough room, close to many things, nicely supplied, great views and we genuinely enjoyed ourselves! We were allowed in a bit early as I have a broken knee and couldn't do the physical activities with my family. That was very nice and allowed me to not have to sit in a full car and wait. Much appreciated!

What a delightful stay. We loved the spaciousness of the loft area and the vaulted ceilings! Our only complaint was that we thought we were a tad closer to the lifts (Quicksilver is closest). It was a 10 minute walk but harder on the way back due to the incline. Totally doable with adults and kids in shape, but would be difficult for people less in shape or older. All in all a great place and would stay again!
The place is gorgeous! I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this was by far the best!

Loved that the property had a garage! It snowed all weekend so it was nice to park in the garage. Also loved the elevator in this building since we had a handicap friend with us. It fit 7 adults comfortably. Close to all the shopping!
We loved the location and decor of the property. We could easily walk to town. The unit is on the third floor and a bit far from the elevator which we didn’t expect. Those staying downstairs said the beds were comfortable but the long bed upstairs needs a mattress upgrade. It was very uncomfortable with deep depressions from previous sleepers. Other than those two things we loved the property!

Outstanding Unit;
This is a beautiful unit that provided exactly the space that we needed during our brief visit to Breckenridge. The loft office area/master BR was perfect for one member of our party who needed quiet workspace during our visit. The second BR w/ king bed and connected bath served as a great retreat for the second set of adults. The living/dining area is comfortable with a large TV and fireplace and the kitchen has the tools needed to prepare a full meal. There is also a gas grill on the deck. The decor is tasteful and seems recently-updated, and the unit has beautiful views of the mountains from several rooms. The unit is grade "A."
Unfortunately, we collectively agreed that the property management firm needs to step up their game. We arrived in Breckenridge the day after an early snowfall. The conditions leading to the check-in office were icy and the property management firm did not respond to a phone call about the ice outside our front door. The snow in our parking space turned to ice which forced us to be extra careful when getting into/out of our car -- especially given that their is not an abundance of light. These conditions would have been especially concerning if any of our elderly parents had accompanied us on this trip. Another frustration was the discovery of an elevator in our building after we had schlepped our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Why was the existence of an elevator not mentioned or included on the document provided at check-in? Similarly, it would have been helpful if we would have received information about the radiant heat in the unit. At a temperature increase of one degree per hour, it took quite a while for the unit to heat up. (Once we figured out the system, we considered it a great feature.) Again, it would have been a nice inclusion on the document received at check-in.
I'm sure that some of these issues existed because of the unexpected snowfall during what is still considered the off-season. A first-class property management firm, however, would have been prepared to deal with and address the unexpected weather-related liability issues and would have provided more comprehensive information about the features of the unit.

After each snowfall, we have a team of in-house staff that shovels the entire complex, including all community areas, sidewalks, etc. Per our usual snow removal process, we did shovel that morning and throughout the day. In addition, we added salt in areas to decrease ice. Unfortunately, the extreme change in temperature from the day before to the day of caused unusual ice in areas.
In regards to your call - we apologize for the miscommunication here . In talking with our maintenance and guest services staff, they were not aware of any calls made during your stay, however, I will further review to ensure that our team that is dedicated to our guests 24/7. We will also double check to ensure that our guests have the correct phone number to call during their stay.
At check-in, all of our guests are provided with a map of the Corral which indicates information about where the elevators can be found on the property. In addition, at check-in we inform our guests that there is a green booklet inside each property with information on heating - and for this particular unit's in-floor radiant heating. I will ensure that guest services also mentions this unit's in-floor radiant heating to our guests upon check-in.

We spent a weekend in Breckenridge to see the town and visit family. Unfortunately with the wild fires the smoke was thick and reviews very hazy. We stayed during the summer which is fine with no A/C as Breck is pretty cool at night.
The kitchen was fine but usually has left over spices and basics which this did not. It says that it sleeps 9-10 which I feel would be really tight.
It's right off Main street and you can hear the music from downtown which fortunately stopped about 9-10PM.
Yes the unit is nice but I'd explore a different option if we came back. It is a 3rd floor.
My kids played with Jenga for hours on end, the kitchen had everything I needed for a St. Patty's day dinner, the beds were all comfortable and it smack dab between downtown and a ski lift. Perfect!
The property was just as advertised and so close to everything including the ski slopes we decided to ski at. Though we had a vehicle, most of the time we just walked to wherever we wanted to go. The kitchen was very nice and the Washer and Dryer were awesome. The only downside was that was the one night we wanted to grill, the propane was out and there was none to be found in town. Other than that, the place was awesome. Thank you so much for this opportunity to spend one last vacation with all of our adult kids before they go off and start their lives in the next few months.
We enjoyed staying in this property. The layout is spacious and the decor has a cute and cozy mountain feel. The location is great as it is a very short walk to Main Street and the local shops and restaurants. If there’s one suggestion to make to make the stay a bit more comfortable, it would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows on the beds. Otherwise, we were very happy with this property. Thank you!

The condo was just as described. Comfortable, welcoming and convenient. We had a lovely time and enjoyed being there. Everything you need to relax, cook meals, or walk to Breckenridge for shopping or dining. Mountains views and live music just barely heard from the neighboring brewery as you sit on the deck to enjoy the gorgeous weather. It was wonderful
With two small kids in tow, a central location is everything. This condo was within easy walking distance of Main St., ski lifts, restaurants etc. The unit itself was spacious, had a great set up of comfortable beds, was clean and well equipped. The communication with the property manager was timely and informative and although we weren’t able to check in early, we appreciated that the person at the check in desk called us as soon as the unit was ready. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Warrior's Mark. The check-in process was very easy, they provided a lot of great information for navigating Breckenridge and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.
