The location of this condo is great. Easy walk to main street (5min). Main area living spaces were large and easy for our group of 10 to all comfortably be in the same area. Sleeping arrangements were good for our group of adults, teens, kids. Beds were not the most comfortable, but typical for what I have found for most vrbos. Would definitely stay again
Clean and spacious (albeit dated) unit in great location, easy walk to town. Only negatives are poor lighting in the first floor bedroom (maybe add a floor lamp?) and a garage door remote would have been nice.
House fit our group of 9 adults just fine. Home is outdated, think Brady Bunch, but clean and accessible to slopes and downtown. Would stay there again.
This was a great location with plenty of space for the whole family. Some of the fixtures were a bit dated, but everything was in good shape and checked all of the boxes.
being from FLA we have to have ski in.ski out. location was great. accommodations were great for 8people.

Enjoyed our stay
Great location, easy walk to Main Street, restaurants, hiking trails and pool. This condo worked out well for our family of 6, including 2 young grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of space to relax without feeling we were on top of each other.
This house was amazing. Large townhome, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Games were well stocked for adults and children. Close to everything in Breckinridge

Very enjoyable!
Perfect location. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the mattresses could use updating. Property management was great to deal with and allowed us to leave the keys in the unit instead of dropping them off after our stay which was very much appreciated!
We had a great stay. This property is as close to the lifts as you can get. Very easy walk to the lifts. It is also very spacious. It isn't the most modern of places, but, the pictures show that and price reflects that. So.... Very Very Happy

The townhouse was very nice and looked just like the pictures! We had plenty of towels and soap. Booking was very easy, as well as the after hours check-in.
Condo is has a great layout for two families. Great location for skiing and a very short walk to Main st Breckenridge. Only complaint are the beds....In need of replacement. Very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that it was good.
Long weekend in Breck with husband and kids. The townhome is super well located and a little walk to town. Very cute 70s style, cozy with wood paneling and sauna in basement is a great touch.
A few nice touches would be additional toiletries and dish detergent for dishwasher. There isn’t AC and it was rather hot - fans would be a very helpful addition!
Laundry detergent and pool towels would be super nice to have stocked as well.
The home is advertised as having a king bed, but fairly sure it’s only a queen. Mattresses were so-so.
Overall, a few changes would make this a great stay!
The listing is a little unclear about bedrooms. There is one with double beds off the kitchen, a queen bed upstairs, a bunk room upstairs with two beds, a queen bedroom through the bunk room, and a big master with a king. Sauna was great. Two-car garage. Deck with grill. Very decent kitchen. Pool is a five minute walk. Town is not much father. Ski in/out is perfect, just a very short walk across the parking lot.
Perfect fit for what we needed. My only suggestion would be to have the owner place screens in the windows. It was too warm to not have them opened up but when they were, wasps got in and I was stung in my elbow by a wasp under my pillow at 5 AM and my son was stung while we were sitting playing a game.

Spacious home in a great location
Overall very happy with the property - tons of room, and the location was perfect. The main downside was an apartment-size kitchen in a full-size house.
Pros:
Location - a very short walk to the Quicksilver chair and a few minutes to Main St
Space - lots of room, big bedrooms, good-size mudroom, large garage
Wifi - rock-solid and fast
Bonus - sauna was a nice feature!
Cons:
Kitchen - small with limited counter space and tight electric hobs - tricky to manage a simple cooked breakfast for four people (although there were lots of pots/pans/etc)
Hot tub - the hot tub area is in a fenced-off area across the road and down the hill - which is not ideal in winter, so we ended up not using it. The sauna was good but you can't beat a hot tub after a day on the slopes!
We appreciated how clean Cedars 30 was, and everything was in good shape. Some furnishings were a little outdated and the little TV in the den was an adjustment, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway. We had two rental cars and appreciated being able to put at least one in the garage at the unit. That made trips to the store or other anywhere else much nicer. It was easy ski-in/out from the unit to the Quicksilver Super Chairlift on Peak 9. Just walk out the garage, between the units across the drive and we were putting on skis and boards to ski right down to the chairlift. My family loved the easy access to the slopes and being able to take a break during the day and head back out whenever they wanted to. And Peak 9 is the most family friendly of the slopes with challenges for everyone, but with easy access from there to get to the other Peaks. If you are renting equipment or doing ski-school for any in the group, Beaver Run is right above the Cedars and an easy few minutes walk slope-side or by sidewalk, or a quick drop off by car. And there are shops and restaurants just below Cedars or a short walk to town. The only thing to get used to was the radiant floor heat which meant no real airflow. Mixed with the high altitude and dry air i noticed that more the first couple of days but got used to it - drank more water and more time outside. We would definitely stay here or at another Cedars unit again if in Breckenridge.
Our group of 8 (3 couples and 2 singles) rented this property for a week of skiing. The location of the property on the mountain was perfect for the kind of skiing we wanted to do (we wanted mostly blues with some greens and an occasional black), and it was easy to make our way back to the property at the end of the day.
The layout of the bedrooms fit our group very well, and we could all fit at the dinner table and sit in the living room comfortably. The included amenities were appropriate for the price, although the living room TV was smaller than we would have liked.
Our flight arrived in CO later in the day, so we didn't get into Breckenridge until after the management company's office had closed. The office left the keys in a drop-box on Main Street, which was easy to get to from the property. It would have been nice for the doors to have keycode access, but two keys were provided so it wasn't much of an issue.
The property is in a great location for walking/ shuttling to restaurants, downtown, shopping, or other activities. We took the Breckenridge shuttle system once for groceries and once to eat, and walked pretty much everywhere else.
This was our first stay in Breckenridge and our first ski-in/ski-out rental, and we had great experiences with both. I would fully recommend this rental to any group searching for this quality of property, location on the mountain, and price range. It was well worth the stay, and we'd he happy to use this rental again in the future. Overall rating is 5/5 stars.
