Loved the kitchen, completely stocked, rooms had closets, beds were awesome. There is a very nice loft/family/movie room, oh my goodness what a nice surprise. The cabin is roomy and great for families. We hope to go back soon for another fly fishing trip and relaxation. My only one thing I wish there was a rocking chair on the porch. There were plenty of places to seat, and a porch swing but I like to rock.Over all this is a great place to stay, near everything you would need, restaurants, (checkout the book) stores and much more.
Such a beautiful property. Exactly as described. Communication from the host was wonderful.

This place was better than advertised. Great location and beautiful views of the mountains and valley below. The house itself was new and cozy. It was a perfect midway location between Asheville and Bryson City for our trip. Check in and check out was effortless. We would highly recommend this place!

This house was fantastic and beautiful. It had all the stuff you need when you are away from home and the instructions and information provided at the house were helpful and organized. All the appliances are new and working. Our only problem was an issue with the community gate not working properly. Eve was extremely responsive and helped us with that immediately. In fact, all of the communication with the hosts was excellent and timely. Highly recommend this property for people vacationing in the area.

We wanted to getaway for our family’s Thanksgiving as we are now all living in different parts of the Southeast. I found 89 Braeburn and loved the photos from the start. The communication from the “Cabin Fairy” could not have been more thorough and timely. Every question was answered almost in real time! You could tell instantly that the property owner/management were invested in our positive experience with the home.
When we arrived, we were blown away at the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Everything was exactly as advertised. I enjoyed cooking our family’s Thanksgiving Dinner here, while seeing a beautiful eastern view of the Great Smokies. We loved making s’mores by the fire pit (with provided firewood!), playing giant Jenga and enjoying the sunrises from the porch swing.
For a fun day outing we also recommend Tube World. Which is about a 10-15 minute drive.
Everything you need to have fun was there. We really didn’t have to bring much else. Other places we’ve stayed we didn’t know if we needed to bring towels or paper/cleaning goods…not here. This place was fully stocked. We never needed to go to the store.
Only (very minor) drawbacks were the taste of the tap water….we bought bottled water…minimal amount of ice in the icemaker. All items that can be easily rectified or prepared for.
We loved the house and would welcome the opportunity to come back again year after year. Thank you to the Cabin Fairy team for a wonderful time!
