House with 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and private balcony, 4 bathrooms, living room and dining room with table for 10 people, toilet, kitchen, balcony, barbecue with wood stove, the gas stove, granite table and refrigerator, ample area for poolside sunbathing, sauna, laundry room with washing machine and tank, large game room with pool tables and ping pong and lawn soccer field for soccer and volleyball with night lighting. Garage for 4 cars.
Private condominium with private beach, nautical support, located between Club Med and Portobello, with the right to use the club that has a pool, gym, sauna, tennis courts and soccer, restaurant and internet access. Pond; beach with playground with toys for children and volleyball courts. Quiet beach with no waves. On the street the house we have a waterfall.
Possibility of boat rental or schooner to ride.

Ótimo final de semana
Pontos positivos: A casa é mto boa, arejada, limpa e espaçosa. Muito bem localizada, perto da praia. Nós adoramos a casa, bem equipada. Churrasqueira ótima e integrada. Tv smart com netflix e wi-fi. As criancas adoraram a quadra, toto e pingue pongue. Rápido contato com a proprietária. Zero cheiro de mofo, todo piso de cerâmicae poucos tapetes, ideal para os alérgicos como nós!
Pontos negativos: ter que levar roupa de cama, banho e travesseiros (Nós sabíamos e levamos, mas é um trambolho, ocupa o carro com mais uma mala). Pouca cama de casal (1 apenas, e colchao bem firme). Nao é ideal para crianças pequenas (0 a 4 anos) por causa da escada e varandas sem redes. Saldo positivo. Com certeza voltaremos, passamos um final de semana mto agradável.

Casa maravilhosa que atende a todos
Casa com tudo que é preciso. Área da churrasqueira maravilhosa, piscina, salão de jogos e um campo de futebol. Cozinha completa. Condomínio familiar, tranquilo. Praia particular sem ondas, maravilhosa. Dona sempre disponível para tirar todas as dúvidas por mensagem. Voltarei com certeza.

A casa é muito boa e bem cuidada e o condomínio muito tranquilo. Praia fica bem próxima ao imóvel e é bem calma, ideal para crianças .
