About this property

Rustic lakefront cabin with boat dock & VIEWS!

Rustic Lakefront!
- This LAKEFRONT is one of the few “original” cabins at Bass Lake.
- Private Boat Dock just steps from the cabin along with swimming in the cove.
- Not super fancy but very rustic, authentic, special, warm, & inviting.
- This home provides you with one of the nicest lakefront Views on the lake in my opinion.
- There are 2 full kitchens, 1 overlooking the lake. Also multiple living areas perfect for multi generational families to share.
- Den W/ wood burning fireplace.
The main floor kitchen overlooks the lake as well as multiple living areas: a long room with amazing lake view, a central room with TV, & den.

Downstairs has separate entrance there is a separate living area with couches, TV, a kitchen, bathroom, & large bedroom. Amenities include outdoor Ping-Pong table, books, board games & portable heat & air conditioning. Main floor has mini split air-conditioning & heating in the primary bedroom & living area. Outside the home has a large lakefront deck area with gas BBQ grill.

Location, location, location! Couldn’t be a better location for a large family wanting easy access to play in the lake.

The home is near the Pines Village which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about 7 miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away, and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is less than 15.

There are 3 rooms on main floor with 1 queen bed in each room.

Lower level separate entrance there are two more rooms
2 queen beds in one room.
2nd room has queen bed and a bunk bed that are twins .

The Great Outdoors experience
The house was a cabin style. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was two kitchens, on down stairs and one upstairs. We didn’t have to leave the property to fish. They have a dock to fish from. It snowed the last two days of our trip. The heaters worked great and kept us warm. This property is great for two or more families. We had a great time.
