Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, B27.

This renovated 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers vaulted ceilings, free 100mb Wi-Fi, and a bright open layout in one of the resort’s convenient middle-resort locations. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, B27 sleeps up to 2 guests and is an easy walk to the resort lobby, activities center, guest laundry, and Terrace Pool.

The villa features a king bedroom that opens to the living area, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower that can be accessed from both the kitchen and bedroom, and a comfortable living room with a sofa, loveseat, reading chair, and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, and guests can dine indoors at the table for four or enjoy meals on the balcony in the fresh island breezes. Vaulted ceilings and full glass doors create an airy feel and showcase the amazing Caribbean views.

B27 is conveniently located in the middle section of the resort, with parking right across from the villa entry and easy access to the Terrace Pool, guest laundry, resort lobby, and activities center. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the resort property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. Perfect honeymoon getaway!

My husband and I stayed a full week for our honeymoon and it was the best week ever. We didn’t end up staying in this unit due to renevations being done from the hurricanes. We were in and equally efficient unit that had the best views. Unit was clean and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and had beach chairs! We loved the private beach “Sugar Beach” it was nice to go there an relax after a day of exploring the island. We will definitely be back!!

This is a managed property and has an overall resort vibe to it. Two great restaurants with great service. Our unit had every appliance needed to make whatever you want should you do your own grocery shopping and cooking at home. Great corner view positioned well to not feel like everyone is looking at you. Great balcony with chairs and a table for morning and evening meals. Great sea watching and you can see for miles from the balcony. Bathroom was decent, but could use some TLC. Bed was a king and comfortable. Is desperately in need of new couches.

Gorgeous view from balcony

This unit has a gorgeous view of ocean, cays, St John, and BVI. A/C unit worked well and the King Bed was comfortable. Balcony very nice! Point Pleasant staff were marvelous. Mirador restaurant is excellent, Shoreline cafe also very good. Location is convenient to local beaches (Need to drive or taxi though). Beach chairs, noodles provided in unit. Cons: Unit needs a "very deep clean" and modernization, no useable beach, no convenient access to neighboring property (Margaritaville), pools are old and not pretty but functional with minimal chairs, Couches in unit are not comfortable. VRBO ad misrepresents that a washer/dryer is available in this unit (it is there but unit states "does not work, don't use", per reviews has been broken for over a year). We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Point Pleasant Resort and would stay there again, but would not stay at this particular unit until renovated and accurately depicted in the ad.

Thank you for the feedback. Please remember that personal decor style is subjective as these are individually owned condos where owner chooses their own decor. Our snorkel beach is a private small beach with lounge chairs but mostly for snorkeling off the shore. We will talk with the housekeeping department regarding this unit. There is a washer and dryer facility on the property. The washer/dryer unit you are talking about is the owner's personal appliance that they choose not to have guests use as it is not set up. We have 3 pools in which 2 of them got brand new decks in this past month. We are continuously working hard to improve the property. Thank you for staying with us.

Beautiful view and cute condo!

Beautiful patio view! Everything was clean. The resort staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A few downsides were the washer/dryer didn't work, the AC is on a timer and shuts off in the night, and the hot water doesn't last very long. All in all though, gorgeous view/location! We would stay again.

Dirty and run down. But with a view.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this property (Jan 2021) and I will try to digest the pros and cons. Unfortunately there were far more cons. Pros: THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR! The kitchen is well stocked with pans and cooking utensils. Parking is free and plentiful The AC is modern and good. The WIFI was free but VERY slow. Cons: The place was FILTHY. It looked like it hasn't been truly deep cleaned in years. There was a thick layer of greasy dust on top of appliances in the kitchen. There were piles of dirt between appliances. When we got there the sheets had black stuff/dirt?? on them. The sofa was so dirty and stained we didn't even want to sit on it. There were cigarette burns in the sofa and the curtains. The bathroom was very beat up. The shower curtain was partially falling off, there were small holes in the wall of the shower. We were very excited about having our own washer/dryer so we didn't have to take as many clothes along. However, there was no detergent provided and the dryer was not hooked up. (There is a clothes line on the balcony). The door lock to the unit is so flimsy that a 5 year-old with a toy hammer could break in. Overall the place looked like it has been left in the hands of people who don't really care. I have no doubt that if EVERYTHING was taken out of the building and it was deep cleaned, the sofas replaced/repaired, fresh paint and a bathroom refresh the place would be amazing. It is just VERY dirty and worn out currently.

Beautiful Villa!

Right when you walk in this villa you immediately know you're in paradise. The vaulted ceilings make a cool tropical feel, and the patio overlooking the USVI is just spectacular. The furniture was in great condition, and everything was super clean. We enjoyed the water sports and the staff was so helpful in teaching us how to use things. I would recommend to stay here to all my friends and family, and hope to come back again next year.

Our stay was incredible and we would give it a 5 for sure. Your staff is amazing, the resort is beautiful, and our stay was memorable and perfect. We honestly have no complaints about our stay. Everything about it was great. We actually ran into a couple that stayed at the resort next to yours, Dreams at Sugar Bay, and they had a horrible experience and it made us appreciate how great our stay was and how amazing the resort we stayed at was. The bed was comfortable, the villa was clean and nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautifully landscaped, and we can't wait to stay again. Thanks for everything!

Amazing Vow Renewal Ceremony on Beach

We had a great stay at your place. Even though a couple of small problem came up, your staff was awesome. Heather and the vow renewal was superb!! Please give Heather the praise she deserves.
