This beautifully designed south facing home features an open concept living area with 12 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors with beautiful views of a large panoramic lanai and wide canal and docking area. Located on one of the largest canals in “The Cape” the views and activity are amazing.
Large bedrooms with spacious closets set you up for comfort and a feeling of home. Three large sliding glass doors provide excellent views of both sunrises and sunsets as you step out to a large outdoor dining and lounging area.
A well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ provides just what you need to enjoy this amazing home.The home boasts an oversized 37 foot heated pool. The neighbourhood is excellent for walking and is located on a quiet dead-end street just minutes from the main activities of CapeCoral.Our home is equipped with a ring camera doorbell at our main entry.

The perfect escape

The house was very clean. Very spacious. The pool area was spectacular. We all enjoyed the view. The host was very friendly and informative.
