Perfect facilities and location

Located just off the causeway, we watched dolphins out the window. I rode my bike to the beach everyday. My daughter was working at CROW, so she rode her bike down to visit and we all enjoyed the pool and BBQ'd in the evenings. We also played tennis every morning, something for everyone. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We are planning to return .

Breathtaking Condo at Mariner Pointe-Sanibel, Florida

The condo is exactly what we expected. From the first time walking through the front door, you are greeted with a beautiful view of the sound. The condo has a beautiful up=to-date kitchen with everything you need to cook and clean with. The bedrooms are furnished beautifully as well as the bathrooms. My favorite part is the screen-in back sitting area that has a 360 view of the sound and pretty much the island as well as a table setting to sit and enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and simply just gathering of family/friends to sit and chat or enjoy a meal. The host was always available to me throughout the week and checked in to see if all was well. This condo did not disappoint!!!

September Sanibel trip

This condo was absolutely perfect and the view was amazing. Loved the property so peaceful. We so enjoyed the fishing pier just a short walk down the boardwalk. Angie checked in with us and easy check in and out was a breeze. Looking forward to future visit.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time on Sanibel. Great location with beautiful view of the bay. Easy access to bike trail and canal for us to play. Great homey feel with everything we needed. Nicely equipped kitchen. Thank you so much!

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was perfect for our little family! The property manager made check-in and arrival a breeze. No issues with this rental and everything was even better than described. The view from the condo was beautiful and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Our boys enjoyed the heated pool and fishing feom the dock. Traveling with children can be hit and miss, and this place didn't allow for any complaints! Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Week

Without a doubt, this was one of our best vacations as a family. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked, and in a great location! My husband and son enjoyed fishing at the pier and my daughter and I loved the pool. The owner was great to work with as well.

Perfect family vacation location

After visiting friends at Mariner Pointe a few years ago, my kids had requested that if we ever went back to Sanibel that we stay here because of the fishing pier. Since this unit is ground level, they were able to walk out the door and be casting a pool withing feet! (a license is required for anyone over the age of 16 if fishing from boardwalk, but no license necessary if fishing from pier). Right out the front door was a pool and a shuffleboard court which they also had fun using. There are also many trails nearby so we were able to walk a different trail almost every morning and see different parts of the island. There is a nice little beach (not really for shelling, but great for swimming) a short walking distance away. It was also very common to see dolphins, manatees and iguanas as we walked around the boardwalk. Lighthouse Beach was walkable if you went early enough in the morning before it got too hot out. The extras that were at the condo were really helpful. Fishing nets, bait buckets, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, a soft sided cooler were all things that we ended up using and didn't have to worry about packing or traveling with. The host was also very helpful in giving us advice on where we could get fishing gear, bait, etc...We ended up buying our gear from Whitney's rather than renting and then we were able to ship it home from the island on our last day. We've already had the conversation about when we can come back and we'll definitely be hoping to book this unit again!

Tropical Bliss

Smelled so clean! Was clean. Decor was perfect for relaxing. The view of the bay made us want to stay forever. Watching dolphins play, the pelicans dive for fish, and the huge manatees swimming was totally amazing. The tropical foliage was breathtaking . I found ocean treasures while shelling at the beaches. The memories will last a lifetime.❤️

Sanibel Getaway

Loved this condo and the location. Freshly renovated and very clean. Perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees swim by every day as well as the extensive bike trails and beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Love that View and Biking

The property is beautiful! The view is amazing! The property is comfy, has necessary amenities; for us Keurig and Mr Coffee!😉 The pools are a lovely respite after biking. The bike paths are easily accessible, we biked every day to breakfast followed by exploration! Thanks for sharing your home!

I've stayed at many places on the island most of which were on the gulf. This condo was just as wonderful and we enjoyed seeing all the boats. The owner had a laundry detergent, dishwasher pods etc which made staying there so easy!

Romantic getaway

Wonderful hosts! Condo has great amenities with a beautiful view of the causeway. Well stocked kitchen. Several extras like beach chairs, fishing nets, cooler and buckets. Location close to the bicycle trails. You will have to bicycle, walk or drive to the beach. First floor condo with close parking space. Quiet community. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and relaxing

After a very busy year, this condo was exactly what we needed to rest, relax and recharge for the new year. The location is beautiful and quiet. The condo was recently remodeled with a lot of attention to detail. The property manager promptly answered questions ahead of our trip and while we were on-site. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already reserved it for next year.
