Our Luxury Condo is in a Gated Community only steps away from Stonecreek Golf Club, Paradise Valley Mall, and an extraordinary array of stores, restaurants and major chains. There are far too many to list from Starbucks, to Target, to Costco, to REI, To Macy's and so much more within a 5 min walk. There is so much to offer.

My resort-style condo has Gorgeous Cherrywood Flooring throughout the entire 1220 sq ft w/every wall, ceiling and baseboard painted with custom colors.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom w/bathroom. The room includes a flat screen tv, queen sleigh bed, dresser and side table.

The Guest Bedroom has a view of the picturesque Pool. The bathroom is a step away next door. There is a queen bed, side table and plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have picture/sitting windows as well.

A brand new washer and dryer sit in the hallway between bedrooms.

On the main level you can kick back and relax while watching your favorite show or sporting event on your Flat Screen TV in the most comfortable living room. One unique couch turns into a bed for two. If you need a breath of fresh air or want to take in some AZ sun, take a step out onto the balcony.

The Great White kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, a brand new dishwasher and even a small tv. The kitchen is stocked with your kitchen needs.

Sip your coffee at the kitchen island or take a seat at the kitchen table. There is room to accommodate many. A built in desk is there for individuals who need a place to work.

Our Unit has cable, internet, brand new air conditioning, and much more. The large tandem garage has a lot of space and is equipped with a bbq as well.

Not only is the condo beautiful, it has room to make it your own while providing you with most of your needs. Great location with short easy freeway access to downtown Phoenix. Easy drive to everything you could possibly want, Desert Ridge Marketplace, downtown and Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback and so much more. All just minutes away.

Perfect Location

The condo is in a great location with most everything you need within walking distance. I enjoyed the walking trail that goes alongside the Stonecreek Golf Course! The condo was as advertised and very clean. The only negative is that both of the bathrooms are upstairs.

Paradise Valley

This property is in a great location with restaurants, shopping and walking trails within walking distance. The condo is very well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Loved the pots and pans. The pool, hot tub and exercise room is a great plus. We will definitely stay again, Michele was excellent to work with.

Good location for needs

The owner of the property was always slow to respond on everything. I should have known as I contacted her about Covid cancellation policy due to my granddaughter and daughter being exposed to covid and were suppose to have been with us. She never responded. I waited 3 days to hear from her and then my husband and I decided to still go but then requested to shorten the trip and she did agree to refund for a few days. Had to request twice to get information to get into the condo. When we finally get to the condo a vehicle is parked in front of the garage and no one to talk to. Texted her and by the time she responded 3 hours later we had found the owner. There isn't any extra parking except outside of the gated complex. Contacted her on numerous things that needed repair. The place needed a good cleaning, middle bathroom was dirty and had hair in it, dried coffee grounds in coffee maker, oven was very dirty, dishes left in dishwasher. I reported all of this to her and not one thing was fixed or anyone sent to clean. Did not receive check out information until 10:45p.m. the night before we were leaving. There was a very good cookware, a nice selection of seasonings and oils to cook with. Everything available for doing laundry, shampoos, body wash, body lotions, comfortable beds, good wifi, nice heated pool and hot tub. Also there are only bathrooms on the top floor by the bedrooms, none are on the main floor.

Great Condo and Great Location, Great Pool!

I would highly recommend this unit for anyone visiting the Valley of the Sun. Great location in Paradise Valley with great shopping and restaurants right outside the door. Wonderful heated pool and exercise room The photos of the condo online are very accurate. The condo was clean and the Owner was very responsive to any questions or issues that came up during my two month stay. Very close to the 51 and 101 so going any place in the valley was a breeze.

Great For My Family

A lovely condo with a great location. Quick trip to HoHoKam Field, ASU, Botanical Garden, etc. We had our 3 girls with us, and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the area. The pool, hot tub and fitnes center were perfect for all of us....loved the salt-water pool. One of the best ammenities was the 24 hour pool/hot tub. When we got home from a daily excursion, we could still enjoy the beautiful pool, etc. The website pictures were very accurate.....no surprises! The owner answered all of our questions as soon as she could and was even flexible with our departure time, as we had a late night flight.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The pool and surrounding area was beautiful. Loved that there was no chlorine smell! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!

Location, Location, Location -- and a GREAT Value!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We travel to AZ and Hawaii every year for extended periods (usually 4+ weeks) so we want someplace that is comfortable, convenient, safe, and quiet -- and we want it at a reasonable price. This property looks great in all of the photos, and even better in person. The color schemes, the furnishings and the appliances are all first-rate. We felf very much relaxed, as if we were staying in the home of a friend. The community is gated and very quiet. We saw and talked with neighbors, but never felt that things were noisy and never felt unsafe. One of the advantages is that the unit has its own integral garage, so you can hit the opener button, pull in, close the door, and walk upstairs without worrying that someone is following you. The pool and exercise facilities are excellent and well-maintained. And, on the one or two occasions when we had a question, the owner responded very quickly to our email or phone call. Right next door to the community is a great walking trail that winds through Stonecreek Golf Course (which, by the way, is a nice course with very reasonable rates, especially if you get the Eagle pass that offers lower prices on six other courses). One of the things that the owner told us when we were trying to decide on where to stay was that there were lots of stores nearby -- and she was right! Right in the local area are grocery stores, just about every kind of department store or specialty store you can think of, and tons of restaurants. You can easily get to Lon's at the Hermosa Inn, to many Good Egg locations, to T Cook's, or to Frank & Albert's at the Arizona Biltmore, to name just a few of the great restaurants. We also found that it was very easy to get onto and off of the major interstates and major streets. For us, the biggest test for a rental property is whether we would go back to the property again. We already have told the owner that our plan is to go back to AZ about the same time (late January through early March) in 2012, and to pencil us in. After staying near Old Town Scottsdale, then out on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, then near the Mayo Clinic, this is easily the best location -- and the best value. Would we recommend this property to a friend or family member? You bet!
