This was a very nice home to stay in for our family. It was close to everything we were visiting and the host was great at communicating to us. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Durham.
The furnishings were comfortable, the interior clean, the appliances fully functional, and water pressure and heat reliable. Proximity to campus and downtown is good. However, there are large issues with the exterior and interior of the property that need to be addressed.
The interior is very well renovated and cozy. The bathroom and kitchen were very well stocked with the basics and washer and dryer were like new. This house is super close to Duke and walking/running trails. My family enjoyed staying here and the neighbors were welcoming.
The host was responsive and I felt he was available for any problems we might have encountered. The house is renovated and the appliances were top notch.
The location close to the Duke university hospital is what attracted us to this property. The host was very attentive and the space inside the house was good. I prepared several meals for us and to deliver to the hospital thus The house suited us for trips back and forth. The smart TV’s made it convenient for the sports fans in the family.
Renovated older home just as pictured. High ceilings. Very close to Duke and downtown Durham. Host was super responsive! We had a very comfortable stay…towels were great! Plenty of paper towels, good TP:), hand soap, laundry and dish detergents, garbage bags, common spices, olive oil, etc. Ceiling fans in every room a nice touch!
This property was very clean inside and looked exactly like the pictures. The owners left lots of supplies - like towels, kitchen utensils, coffee(keurig), and cleaning supplies. The property DOES NOT have a hot tub like listed, which was very disappointing as that was the reason I choose this place which was further from my family. The owner was very quick to respond to messages, which was good because there were no instructions for anything including getting the keys or using the WIFI. There are two outside areas which are nice but not very clean. If you are looking for a small place for a few days - this is perfect!

Everything was fine, you need to put curtains on the front door and the kitchen window and kitchen door, I don't know why you didn't have curtains up. Your remodeling looks good inside, the outside can use a good paint job , location of this house is good not to far from Duke and VA and surrounding area
