Located between Baltimore & Philadelphia at 16th St. Spacious luxury townhouses just 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, and close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The town home features beautiful decorator furnishings, kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 Smart TV's for streaming, No Cable, 2DVD, Free WI-FI service, central a/c, and 2 car private garage parking. Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 10. Garage parking only. No over sized vehicles! Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Perfect location

I don’t think the pictures did it justice. It was very nice and clean. The location was an easy walk to the beach and the boards and that made it easy with young children. I would stay again.

Good stay

Just a couple of things to be fine tuned. Clean air conditioner vents, tubs and shower heads, garbage disposal was not working but we fixed it. Bedspreads need to be cleaned. All in all a vacation with family is always a great time, and that is what we had. Thank you for sharing your home!

Family vacation spot in OC

Nice kitchen, close to beach and boardwalk, plenty of space for 3 sets of grownups and 3 kiddos. More amenities and beach paraphernalia than we expected. We should have arranged rental of towels and bed linens sooner.

Great stay!

The property was beautiful and a great location! It was spacious and very clean. A few minor things were broken (screen door was ripped, master bath shower head was loose and did not adjust properly, etc.) but nothing that bothered us. We were happy to find how stocked the kitchen was for cooking some of our meals in during our trip.

The accommodations were perfect. Just one little glitch. The downstairs bedroom had little to no heat. The rest of the condo was neat, clean and perfect for our 3 couples.
