Prepare to be wowed on arrival! Welcome to your ultimate beachfront retreat. This luxurious 5-bedroom, 3-level beach house boasts 5000 sq ft of space, complete with stunning ocean views and top-notch amenities.



On the ground level, you'll find a garage and a cozy mixed use space that features a sofa bed, TV, and direct access to the private pool and patio area, perfect for enjoying sunny days by the water.



As you ascend to the second level, prepare to be wowed by the entertainment options!



A separate media room comes with a sectional and an 85" TV! and a large plush couch. There is a half bath as well.



The large living offers plenty of seating and beach views. Second level has 2 balconies overlooking the beach, one has extra outdoor seating and the other one has a high top table perfect for your morning coffee. The balcony also has a gas grill.



We provide a fully-equipped kitchen that offers stainless steel appliances and counter seating for 6 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a breakfast area that seats an additional 6 guests. These areas offer a magnificent view of the beach.



The dining area will seat 6 guests.



With breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room, and breakfast area, every moment spent in this beach house is bound to be memorable.



The first primary suite is located on the second floor and it offers a king size bed with an ensuite full bathroom that has a shower.



The third level is dedicated to rest and relaxation, with four additional bedrooms offering ample space and comfort for all guests.



The second primary suite will wow you with a 50" TV, wet bar, and Gulf-view balcony with comfy lounge seating. This suite has a king size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a separate small tub. This bedroom has a private balcony facing the water.



The third primary suite has a king size bedroom with an with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a separate tub. This bedroom has a private balcony facing the water.



The fourth bedroom has a King size bed and the fifth bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. There is a hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Our Sunset Beach Palace will accommodate a total of 14 guests.



Plus, with the added convenience of an elevator, access to each level is effortless for guests of all ages.



We have a private pool and spa and a large pool patio with outdoor seating. There's plenty of poolside seating, a bistro table, an outdoor shower, and access to a gorgeous beach.



The location of this property is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Treasure Island is filled with restaurants and shopping. You are close to St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach as well. Head two and a half miles to John's Pass Village, a historic fishing village with shops, dining, and watersports. Or travel the same distance for pirate-themed adventures and kid-friendly fun aboard the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest.



Important details:

- Pool heat is available $35 per day + taxes (Oct - April)

- Spa heat is available $15 per day + taxes.

- No pets are allowed



AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.



Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
