The place has a spectacular view, wonderful heated pool (and spa) and is right on the beach! Our property manager, Steve, was also fantastic and we could not have had a better stay.

Wonderful Beach Front Stay

We had a great time, family of 10, every couple and the teen sisters were able to have their own room and bathroom. Kitchen and grill made meals at home a breeze, and economical for that big of a group. Right by the public access, so heading to the beach was easy, chairs, wagon and umbrellas were all provided. Beach was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect girls getaway!!!!

What a beautiful home! 5 of us girls for a much needed girls trip! Beautiful views from every balcony! Beds were super comfortable and the house was equipped with literally everything we needed! Perfect location! The property Manager (Steve) was attentive and so kind to make sure our stay was perfect! Can’t wait to go back!

Great house on the beach!

Beautiful home on the beach, beach chairs, towels, umbrella all there to use! Pool was nice as well but got too warm in the hot sun. House was well equipped with everything we needed, or could want, all of us were comfortable. A couple of the mattresses could use upgraded, and most of the pillows in the house were very thick, tall, and hard-of course this is personal preference. We had an amazing trip, and would love to stay here again, very clean as well!

Wonderful week at Beach1!

We had a fantastic week at Beach1! The accommodations were fantastic. Our group of 8 had plenty of space and every amenity was available at this lovely home. We like to cook & the kitchen was well appointed. The oceanfront sunsets were so beautiful & we saw dolphins daily. The pool, spa & fire pit with a view of the beach & ocean was idyllic, and having an elevator in the house was super helpful. The area is walkable, which we loved, and still coming back from the hurricanes but we didn’t lack for restaurant options. Steve’s recommendations were great and he was very responsive to any questions we had as well. We also appreciated there were no hoops to jump through before checking out like some vacation rentals. We are already talking about returning next winter! Thank you Steve & Hendrik for a great week!
