The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used sheets and towels (bath, hand, and washcloths) in a single pile on the floor for our cleaning crew. We truly appreciate the help!
Please set the thermostat to 73° before leaving. Also, kindly ensure all windows and doors are securely locked and all furniture is returned to its original position.
Paper passes may be discarded. However, please return plastic passes to the unit; there is a $50 replacement fee for any missing plastic passes. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
