About this property

Beach access across street! Partial ocean view. 1 BR + futon with linens. 1.5 BA

This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor (12 steps up) and very close to the beach. Has partial ocean views from the private balcony. Sand fiddler public beach access is just across the street. public beach access. Pool is just behind the building (usually open April thru Oct) Freeman Park & Carolina Beach Pier are 2 blocks to north. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile south. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, small families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products provided. We have owned our little gem for many years and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No pets, parties or smoking please. Come enjoy our recently renourished beach!

Cozy clean space with everything needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. The host was great with communication before, during, and after. Short walk to the beach and easy access to all the fun at the boardwalk. Loved our stay and would certainly recommend!

Our stay was very accommodating. Everything was very clean. They ensure that there were extra coffee pots. There were extra pillows. There were incidentals that could have been forgotten that we may could use even as much as having ibuprofen and aloe vera for after the sun. There was even a Bath and Bodyworks candle that came in handy for us as well. If you’re looking for a quaint and affordabless well-thought-out place to stay in N Carolina Beach this is it

The perfect place!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs and would be great for any couple looking for a beach weekend. Literally no complaints, the place had everything we could have needed to enjoy our short trip and was charming. Also, location can’t be beat - it is situated just away from the chaos of the main boardwalk area, but can get to that within a 4 minute drive when needed. Steps away from beach access. Really enjoyed having access to a pool too! Would definitely book again.

Gem in Carolina Beach

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! Perfect for a couple. Location is great, right across the street from beach access, owners very friendly and responsive, clean, and all the necessary kitchen items for cooking. We hope to be back again!
