Atlantis 1210 is a quaint, beachfront condominium. This three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom condo has two furnished, enclosed balconies with a spectacular view of the ocean that you can enjoy in any weather. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Atlantis 1210 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The beach-themed living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top and breakfast bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a balcony and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, a twin trundle and lots of toys, making it perfect for kids. The second full bathroom and the half-bathroom are located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to nine people, so bring the whole family!

Very nice location. Condo was nice. Could use some new furniture. Liked the pool and the closeness to the ocean. Would return again to same condo.

More than adequate

Furniture very outdated. Showers had plenty water pressure. AC worked allright. Kitchen had plenty of everything to prepare meals. Should tell people to bring fans. I would rent again.

Great location. Clean too!

Property was as expected. Clean and location was prime. The pool was very inviting with lots of furniture, and never was shortage. Perhaps having a love seat or extra seating in the living room, since it holds up to 9. Also had issue with AC on day one. We called the number, but no one answered, nor was there a way to leave voice message. They did give emergency number though, which I thought i would try, but that just rang and rang with no way to even leave a message. Luckily the AC corrected itself, but it took over 24 hours for that. Washer and dryer worked well, and seemed rather new. Parking is only for one car though, and that is $40. Any additional cars (if they have room) are $50 for the week. Did not care for these extra fees, at all. Overall my family was pleased and we had a great time though. Nice place!

Outdates and very hot

This condo was outdated , very hot inside , bed mattresses uncomfortable, only 4 forks when it supposed a 9 people stay . Bed under bunk bed was broke and could not be used . Only one side of toaster worked , TV when changing channels would go off . Only had small skillets to cook with . Thermostat was at in 74 and we was told not to change it even though it was really hot in there . Took cold showers bc we were not aware that the hot water breaker was turned off , I had to called the rental company to ask them about it . The furniture was very uncomfortable it was like the Golden Girls furniture. Only a couch and chair in the front room and it was supposed to be a 9 people stay . Balcony furniture dated and loose .
