After spending your days on the beaches of Fenwick Island, Delaware or Ocean City, Maryland, enjoy the community pool that is only steps from your front door, or play a game of tennis.

This unit is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, miniature golf, bicycle rentals, and ice cream shops. Surrounded by quiet streets to walk and bike along bayfront. You can even walk to a great cafe in the morning for your coffee and breakfast. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks a calm stream that flows through the community. There is plenty of parking and the unit is equipped with everything to make your stay like home. NO smoking, NO Pets.
In the summer high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we only accept weekly rentals.
