kIMBERLY, our host was amazing and was here for any questions or anything we needed.. the house was perfect. Really enjoyed and couldn’t ask for a better vacation and a better place to stay.
Beautiful place inside and out. Nice hiking trails. Would stay again.Wish we could have stayed longer . Came in for a wedding 8 of us siblings and spouses. Kimberly got right back to any replies.
The host was very accommodating even bringing us sleds for the girls on a snowy day! The house was absolutely beautiful, modern, and impeccable. Great shower and big fancy tub for the kiddos downstairs
Wonderful home/unit with modern finishes and new furnishings and appliances. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and able to address any questions or issues. Home has a beautiful view, walking paths, and is close to many outdoor activities, farmers' markets and shopping. The game room is perfect for friends and families to enjoy time together. We will definitely keep this home in our mind when staying in the area (year-round).

We stayed for a bachelor party/ski weekend with a group of 12 guys. The house was spacious and very put together. Kimberly was very proactive and communicative. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful house with everything you need. Lots of space. Good communication by the host. Short drive to Bolton Valley ski area. All wheel drive car definitely recommended. Would come again.
This was an amazing spot to view the solar eclipse! The owner was so thoughtful, also, including the eclipse glasses in case we forgot ours and leaving a chair at the lookout point. Overall, the house was simy appointed and beautiful, a very nice place to relax with new everything. Very convenient to town, but not too close! We would definitely stay again.

It was a pleasure having your family! You are welcome to come back anytime:)
Absolutely beautiful home in a picturesque fall foliage setting! Kimberly met us at the property and could not have been more friendly and helpful! She and her family built a stunning home with a modern style, beautiful woodwork and floors, very warm and welcoming! We were greeted with a very thoughtful basket from Kim full of delicious Vermont goodies! She was very quick to respond to any questions and offered her help at any time. The game room was a blast, the walk up to Lookout Point was a great walk in the woods. We have stayed at many VRBOs and Kim is a top host in our book! Definitely recommend!

Thank you Joe!! I’m happy you enjoyed the home and the area! You are welcome back anytime:))
We recently spent 5 days in VT and thoroughly enjoyed being back in the state after a long respite. The home was just perfect. New, clean, well thought out and tastefully decorated. Everything was first class….and very comfortable to boot! Kimberly was great to work with and provided some extras in advance of our arrival. She was also very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The location was a very convenient to Burlington approx. 15 min away, but rural enough to enjoy the peace & quiet of the VT landscape. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

Thank you Rick! You and your family are welcome back anytime!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Vermont! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, right in the heart of the fall foliage. It felt like we were tucked away in nature, which made it so peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights was the fire pit, where we made s’mores and spent quality time together under the stars. The game room was also a huge hit—our kids couldn’t get enough of it!
The host was exceptional—so kind and thoughtful. Knowing we would arrive late, she left us a lovely basket with breakfast items, which was such a nice touch. She even went the extra mile by providing everything we needed to make s’mores, which we had mentioned in passing.
The house was exactly as pictured—beautiful, well-appointed, and perfectly maintained. It comfortably accommodated all of us, including my parents and our young children, and everyone had a wonderful time. We also loved exploring the hiking trail on the property and appreciated the location. It was perfect for visiting nearby towns like Stowe and other charming spots in the area.
This was such a memorable family getaway, and we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much Courtney! I’m so happy you enjoyed your time here and your family is welcome back anytime! The swimming holes are awesome in the Summer:)
We had a great time staying at this property! Unfortunately the first night we arrived the remnants of a hurricane was making it's way through and knocked down some trees and power lines. Because the power was out, we also were without water because the water pump didn't have power to pump the water up to the houses. Definitely a one off event, but Kimberly and the family were extremely accommodating and provided us with access to their nearby property with a private loft where we were able to use the bathroom facilities. The power company worked quickly and got the trees removed and powerlines back up by the following afternoon, so it was smooth sailing after that! We are a family of 6, so this house was more than enough room for us. Everything is a pictured and very clean. We come from NJ, 15 minutes outside of NY, so stepping outside at night to a sky full of stars was such an experience.
This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do, everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. We took a day and drove up to Montreal and spent the day in the city which is full of quaint shops, excellent food, and so much culture to take in. If you like hiking, definitely venture over to Mt. Mansfield! We are not hikers at all, and made it up to a spot at 3,000 ft. where you can see the entire valley, it's breathtaking.
Because of the storm, we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the nearby river for swimming and canoeing, but we would have loved to.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time visiting Vermont! This home was large with room for everyone to have their own space. Nicely equipped kitchen for us to make breakfast. The setting is lovely surrounded by forest and mountains. The location was excellent for visiting UVM in Burlington, tubing on the Winooski River, hiking to the top of Camel's Hump and lots more.
