Relax and unwind in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom , full kitchen getaway, complete with a pool and outdoor living area. Ideal for families, couples, this home offers a peaceful escape with thoughtful touches and amenities.
• Bedroom 1: A master suite with a queen bed .
• Bedroom 2: Features two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Please note: This is not a full house rental.
This listing is for a 600 square foot private apartment located at the back of the host family’s home.

The space includes:
• A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove, microwave, and refrigerator
• A kitchen/dining area that also serves as the main sitting space, featuring a three-seat couch and a 55-inch Smart TV
• No separate living room and no additional sleeping furniture in the common area

The apartment is best suited for short stays and guests comfortable with a compact space. We encourage guests to carefully review the description and photos to ensure the space meets their needs before booking.

• Cleaning: Please clean after use. If left dirty, a $50 cleaning fee will be added.

Clean, all amenities needed while away from home were provided (stove, refrigerator,microwave, toaster, towels, hairdryer etc). Owner made the whole check in/out process easy. Owners were very friendly.

Nice, clean stay in Kissimmee

We had a great stay here! This is a good option for those looking for an affordable stay in this tourist destination town. The homeowners were very kind to us when we interacted! My only thing to note is that I did not understand the setup of the stay from the listing. After carefully reading through, it does say there is a shared wall with the house. I would recommend as a good place to just "crash" at the end of the day during your trip!

Small space, but spacious

This property was absolutely lovely. It was clean and very well kept. The pictures online do not do any justice for the size of the space. I was concerned it may be cramped with my partner and my 3 children, but we had plenty of space to enjoy. I got the chance to meet one of our hosts, he was very friendly! I absolutely recommend staying here to any small family.

** SMALL FAMILY PERFECTION ** This is not a FULL HOUSE RENTAL !! This rental is a very, very small apartment built into the back of the host families house. The photos are a bit deceptive because youre not actually getting the house. There is NO LIVINGROOM space for families. Its 1 very small couch, NOT A FUTON FOR SLEEPING. in the middle of the diningroom. There is a full stove, microwave and fridge inside the closet so you can not use the closet space. There are 2 plastic bins for clothes NO DRESSERS. I would suggest bringing a few towels, as they have WHITE TOWELS and anything WILL ABSOLUTELY DESTROY THEM. The pool area is clean, safe for families but the water is NOT HEATED and was EXTREMELY COLD . The inclosed pool area has VISIBLE DEPTHS around the pool and built in ledge for easy accessibility. This property is between 35-47 minutes from Universal Studios as well as the Airport. Great residential area, convenient to wal mart and pubilix for shopping. The host was easy to converse with, house and area felt very safe, very clean and easily accessed with clear instructions for check in and out!!
