About this property

Beautiful Studio on the Park in the Heart of Mt. Adams

We look forward to hosting you at our basement studio located in the heart of Mt. Adams and right across the street from Eden Park and the Playhouse.

This is a perfect place for a fun Cincy getaway! Walk to local restaurants and bars or take a short drive to downtown, OTR, Covington, or Newport for delicious food and drinks. If you're here for a wedding, we are a few minutes walk from the Monastery.

Looking to catch a game or a concert? The studio is 5-10 mins from the Great American Ball Park (Go Reds!), Paul Brown Stadium (Go Bengals!), Riverbend, the Heritage Bank Center (the Coliseum), Ovation, and the Andrew Brady Center.

Please note since this is a basement studio with slightly a lower ceiling, it may not be the most comfortable space if you are very tall (>6 feet). Thank you for your understanding!

DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper that has been provided or it will back up. DO NOT unplug sump pump (behind small storage unit)
No pets or smoking (+e-cigarettes/vapes). We will cancel your booking and charge a $500 cleaning fee if we find evidence of pets or smoking.
Parties/events are not allowed. Quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am). No candles and please unplug the space heater if you have been using it before leaving.
