Modern, 2-bedroom house in the very desirable Larchmont neighborhood in Norfolk! Modern amenities include a washer/dryer, 4KTV, streaming services, WiFi, and central AC. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains installed.

The recently renovated property has an open modern Victorian interior design. The kitchen and the bathroom have been updated with new appliances and a modern look and feel. It is cool in summer and cozy in the Winter. Both porches and the back garden area are for guests. There are several parking spaces in the long driveway as well as off-street parking.

Set in the gorgeous, quiet Larchmont neighborhood, the property is walkable or bikeable to great restaurants and breweries -- it's also a quick drive to grocery stores and pharmacies. The neighborhood is perfect for morning and afternoon walks, providing plenty of great views of the Lafayette River. The neighborhood is lush, family-friendly, and close to everything.
