Nice area, good communications

The owners were very kind, the property silent. Good price for three small rooms and a tiny kitchen. I wish there was a whole body mirror in the flat. It's a flat for sleeping, there is no desk for working with a computer. The balcony is a nice place tor two to eat the breakfast in sunshine. Unfortunately have someone smoked a lot inside the flat so the furniture and all textiles smelled cigarettes. But, this is Greece ;-)

Thank you for your review Leila! It was a pleasure hosting you. As it is mentioned in the description the flat is 70m2. It has been rent to more than 80 international guests and noone has ever complained about its size or smell of smoke since it is strictly mentioned in the house rules that smoking is allowed only on balconies where due to Greece's wonderful weather someone can stay all day long !!! Desk for working with a PC is in the living room, I am surprised you have not seen it. I wish you all the best for the rest of your holidays.

My father built the building where the flat is located. I also live in it with my husband, my dog and my parrot therefore, we are always available to our guests and we take extra care of the flat.

Why they chose this property

A top floor very sunny apartment, fully equiped with two air-conditioning units, two fans, two television sets and a dvd recorder with a rich dvd collection. It also has two balconies where you can enjoy your meals in spring, summer and autumn days. The flat has genuine paintings, my card collection, pieces of art and part of my hats collection.Many shops are nearby as well as parks, two children parks and a basketball court.

What makes this property unique

It is a nice, sunny, very pleasant flat, preserved with lots of care in a green, safe area of Athens very close to the beach as well as to Athens antiquities. It combines everything!
