Waterfront Pool Home Modern and Upscale
This world class resort island has it all and this waterfront home is open bright and spacious. Built in 2000 and beautifully appointed and maintained. Chickee hut, dock, pool, lanai, with a sunny southwest exposure. Kayak and fish directly from the large dock. Explore the bays and natural waterways that lead out to private white sand beaches. Enjoy sunsets the by pool. Great shopping and dining are very close by and the beach is only two miles down the road. Boat rental can be delivered and picked up right from our private dock. (Please note there have been some changes to the furniture scheme including changing the third bedroom from bunk beds and a pull out to a queen size bed. Updated pictures available by request.) Sleeps 6.

Robert and Gigi Garraty and their two children Ryan and Colin call this home in the winter yet it can be available any time of the year. We will do anything we can to make your stay more enjoyable including helping you with planning activities and providing you with sports equipment and beach supplies.
Why they chose this property
This is not a rental property so it is in great condition and cared for by the owners. The location is convenient to everything on the island. The house is a modern open floor plan with tons of glass and a large lanai with fresh water pool. You will see great sunsets right from the house. A rare and unique chickee hut invites you to relax outdoors year round. You are within walking distance to shops and restaurants and all conveniences. Beaches and parks are just a mile or two away.
What makes this property unique
Comfortable and attractive furnishings and decorating with high end housewares. Quiet cul-de-sac street with no traffic. Owners have lived on the island for 30 years and will give you the best insider information on where to eat, what to do, for adults and children. We will be available to answer questions and help you with any problems or concerns during your stay.
