Beautifully decorated and up to date. Safety fence around pool. Beautiful hot tub and granite bar with 2 outside TV.’s. Full house generator. Children’s toys. Five star property. Nothing is missing. Bathrobes, hats, beach supplies golf clubs and more. All for use and return.
This house has it all with class and style and cleanliness. Wow factors all around. You will not be disappointed. Comforters or changed after every guest and replaced by new one. Mattress has two mattress covers. Pillows have a pillow cover and a pillow case. Bedbug spray is used after every check out. Hospital grade disinfectant is used.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will initially go thru garage door to get in. Code available when booked
Please run off a load or 2 of towels and put in dryer
Return any fun items you might have used to their places. Leave keys on counter. Thank you Lori VillaEnzo
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep noise to a minimum by 9:00 Marco Island Rule, Canal echos. No glass on lanai or outside. No cats. Certain bonus amenities are on honor system.
No cats. If all back sliders are open please turn AC off. It will freeze. That’s what happens 🙁 no markers or crayons in house.
Pick up after your dogs please. Don’t ruin pet policy by not doing so. Garbage Monday & Thursday. No diving. No marker or crayons

The house was super clean. The lanai was absolutely beautiful & perfect to enjoy morning, noon & night. We enjoyed the outdoor bar area & even watched the March Madness championship game out there. The dock is a great size, we fished & laid out-room for multiple chairs. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Lori was great to work with & great communication.

Perfect day at Coco Cay

The house is magnificent and, very spacious. The pool is amazing and the outdoor perfect. The only thing we believe needs to be upgraded and fixed is the barbecue… please take it in confederation. Other than that, the house is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Great stay overall. We enjoyed.
