Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed at the house.
Beautifully located on a quite finger of the lake and easy walk down to the dock, enjoy this 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 5000 sq ft home. There are large bedrooms, beautiful Great room facing the lake and a dining room table that will seat 12. Perfect for family gatherings! The salt water pool faces the lake and makes it easy to watch younger children. Enjoy the hot tub, a screened in porch and there is even a play set for the babies. You are only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by boat to Clemson University.

Down stairs enjoy 50 inch flat screen with 3D and sound bar, comfortable sectional and pool table and additional futons.

The bedding upstairs includes, a master with California King and private bath and bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a king with a private bath also. Downstairs bedroom one has two trundle beds that sleeps 4. Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with two queen size beds and a sitting area.
All linens, sheets and towels provided.
This lovely house sleeps 14 in beds with additional sleeping on Futons and sectional. No pets allowed and no smoking in the house.

I stayed at this property while my family and I were in town for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson University. The house is very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone in our family’s privacy and comfort. Several minor issues arose during our stay, and the homeowner was extremely quick to respond. The setting is peaceful along a beautiful stretch of lakefront and is close enough to the university to provide convenient access. The inground pool is an added bonus and the views from the screened in back porch and the deck are lovely!

The pool is large and the dock was great. 2 nice kayaks with paddles and several other water play items. Plenty of good gathering space: Large dining table and sitting area in family room. Unfortunately the hot tub was too dirty to use. It would be nice to have: more pans that didn’t have peeling non stick surfaces, measuring cups and a crockpot in the kitchen. More outdoor seating would be helpful. If you are using the downstairs rec room as a sleeping area, be aware there is a window with no blinds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the house could use some overall TLC.

House was very nice and well equipped. Owner was super responsive. Improvement areas would be to have a railing at the pool for entry and exit, hot tub cover was moldy and only 1/2 of the jets worked( maybe it was the user) and firepit seating was inadequate.All in all the vacation was very enjoyable and the house was very roomy and nice!!!!

Had a wonderful time at this huge house. At times we had 14 and it was very roomy. The pool and waterfall are my favorite features. Communication with the host was excellent. Lake and pool water were perfect temps! Will be back and it will be hard to stay away. Lol The screened porch is the best and the rental includes 2 kayaks. You will not need any additional towels!

We spent our annual family vacation at this wonderful house! It is by far the best place we have found to stay at Lake Hartwell. It absolutely had something for everyone. Although the weather was bad the entire week and we were unable to use the pool and the lake as we had planned, we all still found something to do and had a wonderful vacation. It is by far stocked the best of any place we have ever stayed having plenty of paper, products, dishes, linens, pots, etc. The hosts are exceptionally nice and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful house for any family. We definitely plan to go again!
