Walk into a charming and bright stay! You will find two equally spacious bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. One full bathroom with a bath/shower combo. A large dining room that connects with the living area. The larger couch converts to a pullout bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is the perfect private patio with a view of the lake. Also a shared yard space. You will have one assigned parking spot.

The house is fully available to guests except a locked closet for the owners.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
