About this property
Chic Balcony Suite in Historic St. Augustine
Summary:
The Prologue is a refined 1BR/1BA apartment at Three Stories Inn, offering a sophisticated stay in historic St. Augustine. Located on the second level above La Nouvelle, an upscale French restaurant, this suite features a private balcony, full kitchen, and designer furnishings. Enjoy high-end linens and curated decor in Lincolnville, just steps from downtown dining and attractions. Adults 21+ only; Renter 26+.
The Space:
You are booking a private, fully equipped 1BR/1BA apartment on the second level of Three Stories Inn. The suite features a full kitchen with modern appliances, an in‑unit washer and dryer, and dedicated living and dining areas. The bedroom is outfitted with lavish linens and unique furniture pieces selected for a luxury experience. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy views of the historic street, where horse carriages frequently trot by.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy a private entrance at the rear of the building, marked by black rocking chairs on the porch. Entry is fully digital and keyless for both the main building and your private suite. The Prologue is located on the second floor above the restaurant and is accessible only by stairs. Please note that this historic property is not handicap accessible.
The Neighborhood:
Located at 102 Bridge Street, you are in the heart of Lincolnville, one of St. Augustine’s most charming historic districts. Fine dining at La Nouvelle is on the first floor, with Blue Hen Cafe and The Ice Plant Bar just steps away. You’re a short walk from the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, and other historic sites, and about 10–15 minutes on foot from St. George Street’s shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Most historic landmarks and St. George Street shopping are a 10–15 minute stroll away. Dedicated private parking is located directly across the street on Martin Luther King Avenue. Uber and Lyft are very active in this area for quick trips to the beach, lighthouse, and other nearby attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Noise:
The building is soundproof, and the restaurant noise does not carry into the apartments. You may hear light, intimate music while on the balcony or porch, but guests do not hear restaurant noise inside their suites.
Scents:
Because the inn is above a gourmet kitchen, you may notice a mild aroma of herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and garlic) in the main stairwell and occasionally in the units. Vents are regularly serviced, and odor-eliminating devices are installed, with a light eucalyptus/tea tree scent provided for guest comfort.
Parking :
Private, designated parking is located directly across the street.
• Unit A: 1 standard vehicle (max ~18 ft)
• Unit B: 1 standard vehicle (max ~18 ft)
• Unit C: up to 2 compact cars, or 1 medium/large vehicle plus 1 compact car
Walking distance :
The property is walking distance to the historic Plaza de la Constitución, Lightner Museum, Flagler College, St. George Street shopping, and numerous restaurants, bars, and historic sites in Lincolnville and downtown.
Golf carts & bikes :
Guests may rent bikes from local shops. Golf carts may be parked in the designated parking space only if you do not also have a car, as each unit has limited parking.
No smoking or vaping . Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on balconies, porches, and restaurant grounds. A $100 fee applies for violations.
Furniture:
Please do not move furniture from its original position. An $80 fee may apply if furniture must be reset or repaired.
Early check-in & late check-out :

Interaction with Guests:
Three Stories Inn is a fully digital property, giving you privacy and flexibility throughout your stay. Our team is available 24/7 by phone, text, or email if you need anything at all. Simply reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

Marie was great to work with. She was always very prompt to any questions or comments I had.The accommodations were excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable and in great working condition. Very comfortable!I would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am in St. Augustine.
We had the perfect time relaxing after walking the beach. It was comfy, quiet and almost like home. Thanks so much for the stay and we will see you again!
Very convenient location. Nicely done book theme without being overdone. Good communication when needed. Older building which is common for the area so expect a little more noise than a modern building. Nothing drastic just older building type noise

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We would love to have you back!
This is by far the most beautiful rental I have ever stayed in! The furnishings and decor were top notch, and the entire place was immaculately clean. Everything was comfortable and perfect. You can tell a lot of time and thought went into creating this space and it shows! Great location, 10/10 recommend!

we so appreciate your feedback. Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We would love to have you back!
The apartment was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Location was walkable to great restaurants and shops but traffic was minimal. The hosts were very attentive, responsive and accommodating. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed! Would love to stay again next time we visit St Augustine. Another perk, there was a free EV charging station provider by the city only a block away.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Glad that you found that station! We hope to have you back again. Thank you again for choosing to stay at Three Stories!
Beautifully appointed apartment that was also super functional for working remotely for the week. Well equipped kitchen, spa level toiletries in bath, plush bedroom and living room. Excellent location for walking into town or to restaurants in Lincolnville and on the water (Fish Camp and Ice House). Easy communication with owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a pleasure hosting you. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the review. We hope to see you back!
This property was great. It's a reasonable walk to all of the tourist activities, easy access to the Bridge of Lions for crossing over to the beach, right down the road from Dog Rose Brewing, which we enjoyed, and the St Augustine Distillery (and Ice Plant Bar), which were both great.
The check-in process was straightforward, parking was available and convenient, the property was beautiful and clean, the balcony was lovely for morning coffee, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious.
If we ever have occasion to return to St Augustine, I'll be looking for availability at this property before anything else.

We greatly appreciate your review. Thank you for choosing to stay at Three Stories. We would love to have you back!
The property is as described/ pictured- was beautiful!! Kitchen is well equipped- we only used the coffee maker and few dishes, but other items provided would allow full use of the kitchen.
Nice touches throughout the property- funky décor, throw blanket, comfy couch/ pillows, amenities in bathroom and the bed were perfect! The location is within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine, but is also close to a few good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We sat on the porch each morning/ evening - weather was perfect and enjoyed option to be outside. Check-in/ out process was simple- no issues. The unit is quiet- even with restaurant downstairs. We ate at the The Preserved first night- was delicious (must try it!). Second evening we were able to purchase bottle of wine from restaurant and bring upstairs. Would highly recommend this property!!

I almost don’t want to say how much I loved staying here…but here goes. It’s pretty much perfect. Location is just right. We were able to walk downtown to King St to walk up and down and hit up all the galleries and shops. We were able to walk to Ice Plant, one of our favorites. We walked downstairs to the French restaurant for dinner on our first night and brunch for our last day before check out. Marie, the owner was available for questions a d early check in because we drive in 2 hours early. The place itself gave us a kitchen with coffee pot and a frisbee, cutey porch for early wake up reading, my husband enjoyed the sunrise views from there, I read comfortably on the couch, and r played some cutey girls card game between us, and so much more. The towels were nice and soft, bed was nice and comfy with actual decent pillows. Lots of touches like water bottles in the hallway for the 3 apartments, some great books to read over, and lots of other sweet surprises. You won’t regret staying here. Just book it.
