Cozy Beach Cottage! Dog Friendly!

Bring the family to Mexico Beach for a fun and relaxing beach vacation! 2 BR, 1BA, fenced back yard with outdoor gas grill, patio, and outdoor dining table. Spend evenings listening to ocean waves and feel the breezes on the screened in porch! Our home is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including cookware, towels, linens and starter paper products and soap. Beach gear also included. Washer/Dryer with laundry soap included. Enjoy a short walk to the beach and transport beach supplies with our handy beach wagon, or park your car right alongside the beach for free! Fishermen can charter boat tours or fish right off the shore. Bait shops and a marina are less than a mile from the house. Mexico Beach is close to attractions such as Cape San Blas, St. George Island State Park, Indian Pass, Port St. Joe, and Apalachicola.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash the dishes
Leave the thermostat for the AC units at 76
Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. If checking out put trash in the cans located in the box under the carport
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs must be crated if left alone. Pick up dog waste prior to check out. No dogs on beds/furniture.
Turn off gas grill valve after using. Set thermostats to 76 in summer/70 in winter. Lock all doors and turn off lights, fans when checking out.
Do not leave personal items such as beach gear or anything else at the property.

Great place to stay! The house had everything I needed, was very dog friendly, and had a fully enclosed yard. The beach is a short walk away and was quiet and beautiful during my stay. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed for a place for some meals and to sleep while we spent our days on the beach. Plenty of room to spread out when we needed. We were especially thankful for the use of beach towels and equipment and laundry facilities. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Great place to stay for a return visit after nine years to a town close to my heart. Would stay again if we make it back.

Work trip turned getaway !

Great rental! Perfect yard and tile floors for our fur babies. There was also everything you needed in a nearby drawer or closet. Quiet neighborhood only seconds from the beach entrance. The host was also super accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely be renting this place again next visit!

Happy Fishermen

We thoroughly enjoyed Eve’s Serenity. After a long (hot) day of fishing, we walked into a cool, comfortable house to rest. All the furnishings were nice and comfortable and the rental had all the amenities we needed. Large screen tv in den and bedroom and great shower pressure - always a plus! House was very clean, we will be back!
