This basement apt is in the hood

First off, it is NOT a first floor apartment - it is a basement apartment. It’s obvious someone lives there as personal items were scattered throughout. It was dirty, the floor was uneven, and it needed to be painted. We only stayed two days and then left as it felt unsafe.

You stayed 6 days no one bothered you or youre son he also played in the neighborhood at the soccer field no one bothered you guys the apartment is always clean with extra sheets and towels so dont make up stories you also payd like 65$ a night so next time you can stay at 300 a night hotel in new haven if you can afford i doubt that you can
